My husband and I come here ever so often. They have great food and service is pretty good. Tonight I wanted to try something different and ordered the manicotti with sausage which was really spicy. Not such a good choice for me, so we asked for some chicken Alfredo instead and said we would still pay for the manicotti because my husband really likes his spicy food. They totally took it off the Bill. We were impressed with the customer service so not only did we tip normal but added the cost of the other meal to the tip. I hope he enjoys the 61% tip. Thank you for great service. We will be back!

The food here was amazing. Another Babbo location I've visited had rather poor service. Not the case here.The service was great and the food was served quickly. The waiter checked on our satisfaction often and quickly saw to want needs we had. Recommend this Babbo location.

Babbo always hits the spot when we're craving good Italian food!! Wife and I both had the Spicy Alfredo with Italian Sausage and this dish never disappoints! It's just the right spicyness so it doesn't distract from the tasty Alfredo sauce and delish slices of sausage. We ordered our food for takeout and, as always, the food temperature was hot since it's fresh off the burners so by the time we got home, it's the perfect temperature to dig right in and enjoy. Babbo serves healthy portions for their main dishes and you'll likely have some tasty leftovers. I recommend Babbo for those seeking a better/tastier alternative to those other mainstream Italian restaurant chains. Cheers.

Nothing wrong with the food. Placed a $151 take out order, just to get an email 15 minutes later that they're to busy for take out. Piss poor customer service for take out orders.

This review is for the Tempe location. I am giving 2 stars because of the horrible service we received. My family and I went here on Saturday for lunch, the restaurant had a few tables seated (maybe 4) but not many, we were seated right away, however when we got to the table we were given a QR code to look up the menu on our smart phones. My father being in his late 60s (wears glasses) asked for a paper menu, the hostess (with purple hair) gave us so much attitude I asked my family if they wanted to leave. She acted so put out saying, "thats why we have the QR code", "we aren't supposed to give paper menus" and "I don't know if I will be able to print one" almost huffing and puffing away from the table. Our waiter (Mid 20's male with dark brown hair) then proceeded to be inconvenienced by asking for more bread when we ran out and sweetener for our ice tea. The food itself was very good, and they had great lunch specials (which is why we went there) but its not worth it for the horrible service.

I love this place! Please support them during these difficult times. I got an email this morning letting me know about a new today only $25 Fit Kit Meal Deal for 2-3 people. A quarter pan was filled with roasted honey chili glazed chicken, roasted vegetables, a rice quinoa mixture, and two loaves of focaccia bread. Omg soooo good! There is definitely enough for two hungry people. Every bite was delicious. I appreciate that they are offering some healthier meal deal options. However, their spaghetti and meatballs cannot be beat. Or their bread. Get some balsamic vinegar and go to town.I hope this location never closes.

First of all, the food was great (that focaccia makes me drool), but the customer service was FANTASTIC!My husband and I ordered their special family meal for dinner - which was three cheese Mac n cheese. But when we got it home, we realized there was sausage and bacon on it (we are vegetarian). I called because I thought we might have gotten the wrong order. The manager explained that their Mac n cheese is made that way but offered to make us a new order with the meat omitted. We offered to pay for it (we know business have been hit hard), but they took care if it for us. And it was AWESOME! Not only did they make it without the meat, but they added croutons and extra cheese on top. Thank you so much, Babbo! We'll be back again soon!

Food is terrible. Get frozen. Same thing. Sauce is so sweet it's like they dropped a bag of sugar in the pot. Take out service was pissed at me because they had to bring the food out! Wasn't worth the trip or the money. Never again. Try elsewhere

Such a nice establishment with great food, unfortunately the employee Dustin doesn’t meet the standard for customer service and is extremely rude. I eat here regularly and have been treated amazing. Only difference from my visit today was that I am doing Uber eats. Dustin treated me terrible for sure compared to when I dine in myselfThank you to Analise (I think that’s how you spell it) for being great and having a welcoming, warm, and friendly attitude unlike DustinSupport other business that support others not ones that make others feel bad.......

My most recent trip was this past Friday, however I ordered from them previously with the same experience. I ordered takeout on both occasions. The food wasn't bad, however it was bland. I ordered the Alfredo Supremo which is supposed to have garlic and white wine in it, but I couldn't taste hints of either of these ingredients. Both times it was more of pasta in a cream sauce that was unseasoned. After adding a protein, the dishes can be between $18-$20 a piece and not worth it for what you receive. I do appreciate that they have gluten free pasta available though and the salads I have tried from them are hearty & delicious.

Awesome food (ordered lasagna, chicken limone & grilled chicken Caesar salad) & 99¢ margaritas on Wednesdays!! Love their spaghetti deal days also! Thanks for helping us feel like we're dining out but just picking up orders to enjoy at home. Thank you for being a local business we can count on for quality food & service!

We have ordered twice the first time the food was amazing(which is why 2 stars instead of 1) so much so we ordered again a couple of weeks later through postmates. There must have been a different cook because this time the lasagna was burnt and loaded with meat but very little sauce and cheese. So it was basically just meat and pasta. The focaccia bread was also dry this time. Totally different experience and very disappointing. We tried to call but no one answered. Whoever put this order together in addition to the bad cooking was willing to pass off burnt food. I guess they figured not in the restaurant, can't just send it back. We ordered @ 4 pm on a Tuesday so not generally a busy time.
