They need to fix the not using the speaker situation. People shouldn’t have to wait and stay stuck in the drive thru for over 15 minutes for coffee.

NEVER COME HERE!Tried to make a pick up order, they sure took my money no problem but when I got there to get my drinks, the front girl ALREADY gave me a dirty look just when I was standing there waiting, and then proceeded to tell me their iPad isn't working with THE MOST ADDTITIDE when I told her I had an online order. . We had to order all over again and she still got it all wrong, she was just not listening or something. Ended up giving us wrong sizes, wrong flavors and wrong milk.It was honestly pathetic

I am a huge blackrock fan I get one almost everyday. I go to this location and another one depending if I work or not Tempe one is near my work. The only downside of this location they never have there box on so everyone has to wait over 40 just to even order.

Everyone loves good coffee/energy drinks, but the real reason I go to this location is for the staff. I work nearby and some of the employees have gotten to know me by name/nickname/drink. For such a fast-paced and high stress work environment, each and every one of them make you feel welcome in every interaction. Tip your BR Team, they deserve it. Thank you all for everything. <3 PS. The Smurf Fuel is way underrated, it is the best thing ever!
Great coffees reasonably priced, new place with good seats in and out. Popular with students doing homework. I didn't see much food for sale -- did see sufficient pastries although I didn't sample. Modern almost industrial interior with ok music approaching loud.Parking: Shares lot with three other businesses but adequate parking -- also drive thru.Kid-friendliness: Fine for adults with kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes fine
