Our family has been eating here for a couple of years. Unfortunately we will no longer. We were ordering pizza and asked for 4 ice waters for our meal. The staff member said we’d have to purchase bottled water. I told her we’d just like some water cups and she said her owner no longer is doing that, and even though they have water, she doesn’t have cups to give us. The fact that we are paying customers and their price of pizza is quite expensive, we decided to leave and will definitely not be back.

The food did not have any flavor. The texture of the crust was chewy and the toppings separated. It was an unpleasant experience. I asked to try it on Valentine's Day and we threw over half of it away just to get the smell out of our home.

Anytime I’m in Phoenix I stop at Blaze Pizza. I love that you can create your own pizza. They have so many toppings to choose from so it’s great for someone like me with food allergies when going out to eat.Dietary restrictions: It’s a great place if you have allergies, dietary restrictions or exploring a different way of eating.

If the wait is going to be an hour and a half to get one pizza delivered across the street then the app shouldn't say it will take 15 minutes. Of course you can't reach the restaurant over the phone to cancel the order because they make it impossible to reach anyone directly.
Have serious logistics issues. Need to either fix their website to include hotels or educate the staff on how to direct people to order to hotels. Need to include the ability to order over the phone. What kind of business doesn't take orders over the phone? Waiting message states to have your card ready to order over the phone but employee claims they're not allowed to. I'm sure the pizzas great but the management is terrible

Horrible customer service. Wrote an online complaint. Never heard anything back from anyone let alone an email. Came in 30 mins after they just opened and supposedly the oven wasn't up to temperature despite being "open" for 30 mins. Apparently they were just sitting around doors open but unable to serve anything, essentially being open for nothing. 90% of the good reviews for this location are from years ago when they actually cared.

The blaze is okay. Definitely like once a try that's it. The pizza size is small and it's thin crust. It's expensive as well. So I wouldn't recommend if you want to fill your stomach.
