Donuts are good no doubt about that. My only question is has the ingredients for making donuts gone up 200%. Because the cost of their donuts is on a level that which man has never witnessed in civilized society. I can remember the 1.50 donut no so long ago. $3.50 now, where will they be in 20 years ? Ill tell you , $8.00 for a glazed donut, and 13.00 for a bear claw, $13. I' m going g into the donut business, oh wait they already have every light covered. Late as usual.

They never heat the croissant enough all the way through, so some parts are always still cold. As a result, I began kindly asking them to just add a couple more seconds to the microwave. There is a particular worker there who completely ignored my request, and I had to walk back in because it was cold in parts and asked them to re-warm it up again, almost late for work. No apologies and or acknowledgement of her horrible customer service and attitude. I went to the drive through today, and she was working the window. I ordered my croissant, and she advised the others of what i ordered. Then i kindly requested to heat it up for longer, and she just ignored that and did not turn her head to tell her staff that part. At that point, that was the second time this particular employee was disrespectful and ignoring me, as the customer’s request. When I advised her of this she just kept repeating “yeah ok” in a sarcastic tone. I asked for her name (which they did not provide) because I requested to speak to the manager about her unacceptable behavior. They said he wasn’t on duty and gave me no alternate way to contact him. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a bosa shop. This needs to be reported to higher authority over this particular location’s employees. Absolutely unacceptable.

This place has a drive thru but you have to order at the window. Which makes the wait extremely long. I will be going to another Bosa in the future!!

I don't give in too often anymore, but when I do it's always well worth it. Very tasty treats, and they're always open 24 hours. Hats off to Bosa Donuts. ?

Simply amazing donuts every time. I dont see how krispy kreme and dunkin donuts are still in business with donut shops like this are around. I've tried them all and those 2 just can't compete. It's a good thing I can't find discount gift cards to buy online like the other shops or I would have diabetes.

Best doughnuts around. Always fresh & yummy. Try the Vietnamese coffee with a bit of cream added.

Amazing donuts and drinks unless you get one certain guy. I have gotten a "Strawberry Banana Milk Smoothie with Boba" at least 3 times a week for the past few months. Maybe even an addiction. But I went today and asked for what I previously ordered every single time and waited. I paid and tipped as I usually do and he handed me my smoothie with no boba. I calmly said. Oh I said boba and he talks back to be and says you didn't say boba you never told me boba we have to charge you more. Which normally I would be fine with but I had already tipped double the amount I would've had to pay and had the guy talk back to me. I order the same thing every time. For him to say I didn't say something that came out of MY OWN mouth and that I have ordered for MONTHS was extremely rude and disrespectful. If I had the power I would get him fired. I normally treat workers with respect but if you're "deaf"(might as well have been) you shouldn't work in a field where you need to hear orders. Normally 5/5 but this one man put a bad taste in my mouth for the remainder of my day. 0/5. When I got my order back it was half the amount I normally get as well.

An absolute rip off. Coffee tasted burnt and watered down, sandwich fell apart, smoothie tasted sour, and they flat out lied about the coupon I brought in and refused to honor it. Don't give your hard earned money to these liars.

Where's Ken? where's hot coffee? where's customer service? we used to go to this location several times a week. Staff used to be friendly. now they spend most of time in very loud conversations- apparently having a great time except when customers bother them. Donuts are excellent- some of the best! however- you also can count on consistent Cold coffee they do lots of delivery service so maybe that's why they don't care. what's a donut without hot coffee- hate to be a drive up and end up with cold- hot coffee. We've tried going back but same experience. Miss the old Bosa and hot coffee!
