There is one girl working by herself just trying to do her best, but there were online orders coming in and a line of people waiting. The tea was really good, but it seems like management needs to hire more people. The one employee was very patient and kind even though she must have been stressed

Tasty boba drinks and really tasty spicy noodles Place is located inside the mall Upon arrival I was greeted , place was clean and music was not too loud. I ordered the noodles first just to check them out and surprisingly it was just what I hoped for (spicy and savory) I of course needed A drink and I ordered the RUBY SLIPPER it has Organic White Tea, Strawberry, Coconut, and Pineapple it was soo good! Great place to stop by if your doing some shopping

This location has cute decor, but was not maintained resulting in us sitting somewhere else(picture included). Additionally, it is very hot in this location which I am not sure if it was just a one off. Overall, the milk tea is delicious but the bowl-style container is awkward to carry around. Due to the container, I would definitely only order when you can sit to enjoy rather than sipping while you shop.

To bad. Waste of time. If you bought a Groupon the excuse is they won't take it. I feel bad for the employees. 1 girl working all by herself today. She was so sweet. I didn't order anything because the person who decided groupons can't be used is awful. I still gave the girl a tip. Put a sign in your window that you don't take groupon and put one on the register

The drink was good but it wasn’t exactly what I ordered and the service I saw from the manager was bizarre. She waited until it was busy to clock out and continue a game of cards with her friends whom she had been playing cards with at the counter. Proceeded to go sit at a table and made the young man who I believe was a trainee at the counter take every order and make it himself. When he had questions or needed guidance she seemed irritated. I understand wanting to take a break or lunch break but being a manager of a food establishment you always make sure you staff is set before doing so. It was rude and unnecessary everyone had to wait and she didn’t care at all. She had no manager qualities that I could see and I would be ashamed to have someone like that representing my business.

The drinks my friends and I had were all tasty and didn't take too long to be prepared. Service was average, not bad at all. My only issue was the level of cleanliness. It was the end of the day, so maybe that's why, but the trashes were overflowing and the floor/tables/chairs looked dirty. I would still recommend to stop in NOT at the end of the day, drinks were great!

Love love love! The classic milk tea is delicious. The employees were very friendly and the store is clean. I always get my drinks fast and everything is always correct. Top 3 for sure.

Had the South Beach drink frozen OMG it was amazing! The taste of it & especially frozen cause you know in Arizona it's too dang hot so anything like this hits the ?. Service was really good can't complain.

Customer service went above and beyond and it is a great place for kids and family. Prices are low and it is located at a convenient location in Arizona Mills Mall. Plenty of drinks to choose from with variety of flavors.

Absolutely love this place, it's wonderful how they are getting more and more exposure being in this area. One of my favorite boba tea stops without question. The boba is always perfect and the flavors are creative and really good. Super friendly service too. Nice bar area to wait for your drinks, and the decor is fun. Will be back when I'm in the area again for sure!
