Owner's took the time to put a handwritten sign in the window on the inside for new hours but then tapped a sign on the outside that may have given details regarding closure. But, that sign has since been destroyed by the weather. Very unprofessional. I won't be trying again.

The drinks are good and the ambience is nice but their irregular hours are a major issue. I’ve driven there multiple times when they said they were open and they were closed, or they didn’t have the ingredients for the drinks on their menu like syrups or toppings. I think this place has a lot of potential but is pretty unreliable.The hours on the website don’t match the ones on Google and people don’t pick up the phone so bubbleology is a wildcard, boba at your own risk

Three times we have been to your Tempe AZ store when it says online it is open and it is closed. The last time we checked three different places online to make sure it was open and when we got there and it was closed again. We drive in from Chandler. Three strikes we are out. There are better places out there. Sorry not sorry.

Came out to Bubbleology in order to try something new and regretted it almost instantly. The place is aesthetically pleasing, but sadly the drinks definitely were not. When I dropped by there was just 1 employee working so she had to man the register and make all the drinks, leading to a roughly 20-25 min wait for drinks. That being said, she was very sweet and trying her best so that earned this place an extra star from my initial 1 star rating. I ordered the tiger milk thinking it was tiger milk tea -- essentially half thai tea, half black milk tea mixed. However, what I got was vanilla milk with some sort of brown sugar drizzle. Now it was my mistake to think I was getting my usual tiger milk tea and I would have been fine with the vanilla milk had it actually been GOOD. It was watery, had no flavor, and tasted super artificial. I paid to have boba in the drink and frankly, some of the balls were hard enough to take my teeth out. Overall, a super unpleasant drink I really regretted spending money on. Service is sweet and you can get great pics but if you want good milk tea and boba, please go somewhere else.

Tried two fruit drinks but the flavor was too much. Extremely sweet and i could feel the chemicals. Environment was nice. I just wish the taste was better. Probably wont go again

Service was great and my gelato was super tasty! I ordered a milk tea and it was extremely watered down so I didn’t taste the flavor much. Still was a pretty good experience and would like to try again! Maybe just a different drink next time.

Went here on a first date with my boyfriend a year ago and we decided to relive the memory. Such a cute spot to go to without a big crowd. Love me some boba so the flavors here are great! This was my 2nd time here and I wasn't disappointed.
The employees are so nice! I ordered my drink wrong and they kindly changed it for me free of charge! I felt bad asking but they were so sweet! The milk teas are amazing! I recommend the lavender milk tea!

It was ok. When we came in we were not greeted by anyone. And once we were we were only treated ok. The actual tea itself was bitter and they didn't even give me what I had ordered. Overall just an ok experience

This place is seriously cute and the bubble waffles and gelato look so amazing. BUT! Who tf is in charge of inventory? My family has been here 3 or 4 times now hoping to try it with zero luck. Once they're door was locked 2 hours before the door said they closed, and all the other times they're literally out of bubble waffles. How are you going to have so little inventory you can't even keep offering what's on HALF your menu?! Not even going to mention it's literally been at least a week since we've tried to get a damn bubble waffle from here in the first place. And upon reading reviews apparently this happens all the time! -.- I've lost my patience at this point. Go to Genbu if you don't feel like wasting your time. They make the bubble waffle right in front of you.

Came in about 8:30, they were not making the waffles which was very disappointing. The gelato had ice crystals on it but was still good. The bubble tea was delicious. The staff person could have been a bit more friendly.

I would like to start off by saying that maybe if I came not so close to closing, I would've had better service but who knows. This was my first time visiting this place. I love boba and have tried many other places, and I wanted to try somewhere different. The waffles smelled super good, but they ran out by the time I was able to place my order. I wasn't sure what to get and I asked for help. The employee was nice. I got the strawberry and cream special with regular boba. He warned me it would be super sweet, but I was not expecting it to be that sweet. I love sweet things, but I could barely take a full sip of it. Then I got to the boba part... the worst boba I have ever had. It was so hard. I had maybe one or two pearls that were okay, but I had to spit out the rest because they were too hard. I also ordered gelato, and it was not worth the price at all. I really wanted to like my drink but I had to throw it away after a few sips. I feel bad about wasting it but it's just not edible. I really wanted to like this place because of their unique drinks and topping options, but I probably won't be coming back.
