“This Burger King takes EBT restaurant / hot food program. Which is a treat because they are not many Burger King locations that do. We have found that the service of the food is hit or miss in equality but never terrible. Like the other night the fries weren't salted enough but I mess heavy with a good Whopper man. There's like a couple things I really enjoy in life and Whoppers like up there in the top five. So I can never complain too much about a Burger King.“
“I recently had the most fabulous customer service!! It's been a little disheartening in customer service field as of recent. But not today. I ran through the drive thru at the Burger King on Rural and Guadalupe and let me tell you Ms. Kathy was amazing!! Her personality is exactly what customer service should be like!! “Fast food, great service. I see the potential the employees craft into the fast food restaurant. I ordered multiple meals and had my meal ready within minutes, I am amazed with how the employees push through the hard rush hours. I am grateful and thankful for my BK employees. “I only go in here during their first shift. The manager lady in the morning is very good at her job. Probably too good to be not a general manager.Unbelievably polite, My order is always fresh and most of the time looks like the menu. Burger King is one of the few places a man can get lunch at 6:00 or 7:00 in the morning. Don't have access to a microwave all the time so when that happens I go to this Burger King. I want to add I actually do get told at some Burger Kings that they don't serve lunch that early which is a lie, or their lobby isn't opened for whatever reason? Covid ended a long time ago. I'm guessing the franchise owner decides to make more money and staff less people. None of these things happen at this particular Burger King but I can only speak for first shift. I really wish I knew the manager's name, she actually cares about her job and the product she hands her customers which is non-existent in today's day and age. If you're the franchisee reading this please promote that woman, she's one of a dying breed and you should cherish her hard work and be thankful she works for you.“
