Byblos in Tempe, AZ I believe has been at this location and operated by the same owners since 1982?. That should tell you something about the quality, consistency and overall value of their food, service and dining experience.All the food here is good here. Many people enjoy the "Mixed Grill" which are three different meat kabobs served with two sides which is a very good value. Their dinner salads are always very fresh and tasty. The hummus and tabbouleh served with pita bread is a healthy way to start off with an appetizer. The deserts are very good. Baklava of course and other middle eastern pastries and cakes always good after dinner with Turkish coffee. The service provided by the owners of course Samir and his sister is hard to beat. As Samir would say "The Best". A class act.

Best hummus dish I have ever had! We've been here twice and loved everything. It's even better than the Lebanese food my Sitto (grandmother) used to make and that is saying a lot! Nice atmosphere also. Highly recommend!
