I am not a fan of an automated machine trying to be human since I will not have a conversation with a computer i let it continue to ruin my order untill I got to the window and the guy at the window fixed my order which at that time said it had ruined every orderI will not come back
Staff and food are good, but the “interactive voice response” now in use at the drive-thru means I have to go inside to order because I don’t like arguing with a bathroom scale with delusions of adequacy.

We had lunch at Carl's Jr and enjoyed it very much. The person taking orders was friendly, quick, and accurate. We sat down and waited for our food. The dining room is a bit dated but the place was clean and comfortable. Our food was delivered to our table, hot and ready to enjoy. We took our time eating and had a great lunch.
