They make it so difficult to call any store. I'm trying to reach the store to make specific corrections that are not available online. So I should be able to call the number provided and speak to a real human being, not an automated person.

I came in tonight at 9. When I walked in, there was one guy in front of me and the woman helping him looked and me and the people walking in behind me and she legit started stomping and waving her arms around upset that people were coming in. She rolled her eyes huffed and puffed and threw mine and everyone else’s food around. As a GM of a restaurant myself, I 100% understand bad days or how stressful it can be working with rude customers, but everyone in line was perfectly pleasant and super confused by the attitude we were all receiving. Staffing in the industry is tough right now but my goodness, please read your reviews. Yes, some people like to complain but the attitudes of several employees have been mentioned multiple times. That’s not a coincidence.

Not quite sure how to rate this experience. I haven't been to a Chipotle in a while. I just think the service and cleanliness have gone down drastically. So I walk in, no one in line. I walk up to the counter and there is a guy with blondish longer hair and glasses standing there with his back towards me playing with his hair and wiping his face with his bare hands. A tiny girl goes bopping up to him and says what I believe was "did you help her". He said no. She walks up to the counter and says "Ya". Ya??? Are you serious? Is this how I just got greeted? I quickly turned off my smile & just looked at her and said a bowl. Then told her my ingredients. She pushes the bowl to the cashier and says I don't know how to write veggie.. hmm ok. So the amazingly nice cashier with gorgeous eyes was the only person who was smiling and friendly and just nice. She drew a sun, flowers and birds on my lid. It was cute. I wanted to tip HER, not anyone else. Not the guy playing with his hair and rubbing his face. Not the little girl who said "YA".. not the 10 other people who stood around doing nothing (except for the girl slicing the meat). So disappointed. I'm not planning in coming back to this Chipotle anytime soon. The 2 stars are for the cashier. Even though compared to everyone else she deserves 5.

Took a friend out for lunch. The entrance was filthy. Trying to order the worker stated we are out of BBQ, while BBQ was actually being prepared. Went to go have a seat. Nearly every table was absolutely unfit to sit at. The food was not hot; it was a waste of 31.00never

My first time going to this location. They were busy, which I thought was a good sign, but the only thing in my bowl that matched what I ordered over the app was the lettuce and guac. The meat was wrong, it wasn't supposed to have cheese, beans, or rice, and it was supposed to have fajita veggies. I called the store, and instead of talking to a person, I got directed to message the bot. If you get something straight off the menu, you're probably fine, but I won't try to make changes in the future, if I ever go to this location again. Oh, and the app told me my order would be on the shelves, and since I was a few minutes early, I waited. And waited, and waited. I finally went to ask the person making the orders, and she pulled it off the counter behind her. Who knows how long it had been sitting there. So don't wait - just go up and ask for your order, even if they are busy.Dietary restrictions: The app has good options, but it only works if the staff pays attention to the order. I suggest checking your food before you leave.

To go to Chipotle and be told they don't have any white rice at 7:00pm? Very disappointing to say the least. My husband felt obligated to keep his order since it was already started. I would have left it. This location has really gone downhill in the past year. Not sure I'll be back.

Just left and two of the girls in the front making the food were rude to me. One was very rude when I asked for extra sides. I have no problem paying for them. I wanted extra sides and asked for them but she ignored me so I had to ask the next girl in line. I was getting a bowl and a kid’s quesadilla meal and when I went to check out I POINT BLACK ASKED the tall girl at the counter if chips come with the kids meal and she said no. Well, I get home and thought I’d check chipotles website and it turns out it does come with chips AND a drink!! So she screwed me out of two things I paid for!!

I am actually so disappointed at this location. My second and last time ordering from here. I got a double meat and extra rice bowl with guacamole and sour cream and lettuce. And this is what i get. BARELY ANYTHING in the bowl! The fact that i even paid for the guac is crazy and this is the bowl im served with. Just find another Chipotle to serve you.
