NGL, I was very excited for Churos and suddenly disappointed AF! We came here for a sweet treat after dinner and got the STINGIEST amount of toppings. So they up charge for the topping and then they give you a teaspoon of the smallest slices of your choice.

Terrible customer service. No greeting. the woman who took our order has a bad attitude and gave nasty looks. We ordered a churro, ice cream and a slush. Didn’t get the churro and when we went back up to ask about it the woman said “you didn’t order a churro”. We did she just didn’t ring it up. Instead of being nice about it she was rude.

The employee was really nice and she welcomes in everybody which is very good She hands the menu right away and is very patient but doesn't know much of the menu. I ordered two lemonades and a guava berry. A little over priced in mi opinion. I order two soft drinks which are the soda. Which had a price for $1.50 at the end when I received my order. I waited a bit for it til she handed over the drink I saw they charged $2.50 when In the menu it said $1.50 I suggested that the menu should be fixed. The employee said sorry and I wanted to place another order but again she charged $2.50 for a small soda can. Which is ridiculous. The least they could of done is give the second drink the price it said in the menu. Or given the money back. I don't think I'll be back there too expensive for small things.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. The two young employees had no social skills whatsoever, didn't speak to us when we entered, didn't have a clue about the products. They just stared at us like a deer in headlights. We were their only customers and they still got our order wrong.

If my 7 year old ran this place it would run much smoother. Don't look at the store hours because sometimes it's staffed by people that don't actually know how to make churros...that and they like to leave early so they stop selling churros much earlier than their hours would indicate.

They need to staff this place better there was only one person at the cash registered and preparing food. She seemed overwhelmed but was moving super slow. Several people left because they got tired of waiting around. My daughter asked for a matcha drink and got some almond mild mixed with a little bit of something. The churros were good but the wait was too long.

We heard about the amazing churros this place has so we went to check it out. The customer service was awful. We walked in and went to the counter to look at the menu. A worker was sitting by the kitchen door playing on her phone. She didn’t even look up or acknowledge that we came in. After a couple minutes an employee with long hair walked out from the kitchen area and didn’t say a word as he approached us. I said this is our first time in and asked what is your most popular item. He pointed at a to go type of menu on the counter and walked back into the kitchen. Didn’t even say a word. We decided to get dessert somewhere else. The entire 6-8 minutes we were in there not one word was spoken to us by the two employees working. The customer service was so uncomfortable and awkward.

Cinco de mayo you would think you'd have churros ready but nope. Not only did they open 20 min after noon but no customer service what so ever. Now we see why this place is rated so badly. Don't even waste your time. Obviously the owners do not care.
If your craving churros and ice cream or just something sweet in general this is the place to come. They have good Thai tea here but this day I got a churro sundae. You get to pick your ice cream and it comes with churro , coconut shavings and toffee bites.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE GIRL IN THE BACK JUST SITS BACK WATCHING THE GIRL IN THE FRONT GET SLAMMED. WAITING 25 MIN FOR 2 CUPS OF MILK (YES THEY DIDNT EVEN KNOW HOW TO MAKE STUFF) IS JUST CRAZY. Both drink tasted like just milk. 20$ down the trash.

The churros were okay. The drinks were disgusting. We ordered the mango with chile drink and it somehow tasted like the smell of cheap mango perfume. We also got the mocha frappe and it tasted like cheap instant coffee. The customer service can use some improvement. One of the employees who was making the drinks had long acrylic nails and was wearing no gloves. None of the employees seemed to wash their hands before handling or making the food even after handling the register or using their phones. Another employee was cleaning around with what seem like a dirty rag. They also don't accept cash. Would definitely not recommend...
