Was at Cinnaholic earlier today to get a dole whip, which was pretty good. Noticed a lot of things wrong in the place tho. Napkins needed to be stocked, no water station, no boxes made, no sanitization bucket behind the counter. No brownies, cookies, banana bread, lemon berry bread. The fridge also needed to be stocked. Used to frequent here often, stopped sometime late last year because pricing was getting to me (my fault ? I shoulda been smarter lmao). Overall, the place used to look better, be better even. Not a very good place to eat a dessert. It looks like they're not even trying to serve the customer well. Slow, forgetful about items you ordered. Food is pretty sweet, can't eat much. I with they would a little more effort. The location near Harkins doesn't mean that you can be a slob. Need to keep up with the pace! Tables are wobbly :)

The cinnamon roll was very good! I liked that it wasn't super sweet like a cinabon but I think that outer ring could've been a bit softer, is it was it would've taken it to another level. Be warned though, these cinnamon rolls aren't cheap. Tasty but a bit

For someone who has never seen this episode of shark tank, I was amazed! Their cinnamon rolls all looked so good! And most importantly, all 100% VEGAN! To a non vegan, you would never be able to tell the difference.

We waited 45 minutes for 2 cinnamon rolls that tasted mediocre. The grocery store ones taste fresher.
Walked in here right as it was closing, so my fault entirely. Customer service gal was super kind and offered to sell what was left, being a few "old skools" and that was perfectly fine with me considering that's what we wanted. Restaurant was seemingly clean and rolls were hot. The icing was a bit too much and sorta drowned the rolls. Not sure it's worth $6 per roll. Even being bougie I think $5 should be the cap for an original cinnamon roll that's normal size. Still glad we tried it. Taste was a solid 3.5-4 stars and I'm sure they do a ton of sales for the sweet teeth people of AZ.

Previous baker. They have a horrible store owner. The employees constantly are either fired or in fear of getting fired so they quit, and they use their bare hands for 90% of the food prep. Had a lady come in complaining about an employees hair being found on the rolls.

Finally got around to trying Cinnaholic and their vegan cinnamon rolls! Tip: sign up for their rewards program and receive a free signature bun on your bday. I highly recommend eating these warm, not room temp or right from the fridge. Icing was good but a little grainy. Loved the customer service! The girl working there was super bubbly and knew the menu inside and out.

This is the first time I have had a bad Cinnamon buns from cinnaholic. It was so hard like it has been there for hours. I did ask for a new roll but it was just as bad as the other one. I'm so sad I did really like this place. You have to do better. Get back to great rolls
