The lady who served me had blond hair seems like she didn't care about people or her job I got The cheesecake fantasy and she put so much blueberries and barely ANY strawberries my fiancé and I were displeased with how our ice cream turned out and for 21.19 it wasn't even that good.

If I could give 0 stars I would !! This store closes @11 we came in @10 so still a whole hour til close and there was 2 employees in the front and 1 in the back cleaning and the open sign was already off . The lady in the front with the braids was so rude I was asking question because I didn't know and she would answer me back rolling her eyes I'm always here at the movies at this location and it was my first time at this cold stone and it was HORRIBLE !

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a cold stone ice cream. The worker Stephanie was the best & she greeted my friends & I as soon as we walked in the door. She was very helpful in helping us find what flavors we wanted & even cracked some jokes with us. The place was clean & just all around a good vibe! iG:dom.

Just ordered on Uber eats. I got a Love It bowl with coffee ice cream and Reese's peanut butter cups. It came with ZERO PEANUT BUTTER CUPS. either they are lazy and messed it up, or they need to update online what they are out of stock of. So disappointed. Waste of money.

Came at 9:54 pm. Place closes at 10 so I expect people to get served until 10 as stated in their hours. Welcomed by a lovely lady that said “ we close in 5 mins so either hurry up or get out” right as we walked in! Rude rude rude rude rude!!!! Never coming back here to this dump. We came on October 2 Monday. 9:54 pm. Dark haired girl with an attitude. Needs to be fired.

Went on a Wednesday night 9.27 at 7:30 and those girls were crushing it! The place was consistently busy and they were still smiling answering questions and helpful! Give these two girls a raise! I got the new Carmel seasonal flavors and it was incredible! I loved the apple pie pieces!

I door dashed this last night and they messed up the order. I got a "love it" size and they gave me a "like it" which, I very much so was looking forward to being a "love it" sized fatty last night. For my sisters, she had two toppings which they put neither on... so she just had plain ice cream. It's a Monday guys - read the ticket.
