The food was overlooked by the crazy long wait. They should have a disclaimer with a waiting time. 1hr is a ridiculous time to wait for food without warning.

Some of the best fried chicken I've ever had. Several different spice levels for anyone to enjoy. The location is in a more industrial part of Tempe. Some have requested it to a "ghetto" which i don't agree with, there are just no housing areas in the immediate vicinity. We had a long wait, but had a large order at a busy time. If you don't want to have to sit and wait for your food I would order for pick up and wait for your order to be ready. The coleslaw was nicely seasoned and fresh.

This is the ultimate chicken spot in the valley!!! It has quickly and easily become my favorite place--I'm willing to make the trek to the East valley just to get some Crazi's. First off, their tenders are well portioned and consistent in size--every dang time (clap in between syllables for emphasis!). They also handbread and make to order--I respect a place that puts that kind of care into their food. Second, they give you the perfect portion of fries. Unlike some places (ahem), that fill your box or plate with fries to give you the illusion of a large meal, when in reality it's to hide the fact they are going lean on the chicken..... Anyway! Third, Crazi's hooks you up with two sauces. I ain't all that saucy but I love Crazi's sauce (insert heart eyes emoji). Last...their pickles are just amazing. Only disclaimer I have is beware of spice levels--it gets spicy real quick! I don't want to admit how often I come here but at this point, I love Crazi's and I don't care who knows it!

My boyfriend and I LOVE Crazi's! We used to live in Nashville and their chicken is right up there if not EVEN BETTER!! The owners and employees are so amazing! They go out of their way to make sure every order is perfect! I get the tenders, 2 warm and 1 kinda crazy, it's a perfect mix for someone who loves spice but can't handle too strong! My boyfriend gets the wing trio kinda hot and he loves it! When he's feeling extra spicy he will get the hot level too! We live 40 mins away from here and still get it once a week from Scottsdale now that is is closer only 30 mins away!!!

Oh gosh! This place stole my chicken loving heart! The chicken was hot and fresh, flavor was amazing and spicy. The fries were well seasoned and delicious. The wait is long, but when I got the food is was just so fresh I did not care.

Great hot chicken. Don't expect an actual restaurant. It's Tempe food court. You order on your phone or their ordering stations & then wait for your order to be called. It has a ton of other restaurants. There are a few tables to eat at. I loved this place & would definitely go back. The "hot" heat was not too hot since they put coleslaw on it.

This place is so good! My husband and I went to Nashville for a while. After we came back, we always craving hot chicken. Tried many places, either the chicken is too dry, or not spicy enough, or way too much breading. But this place is just perfect! The chicken is juicy and flavorful, breading is thin and crunchy, and it has options to be super hot or hot. People are super friendly as well. Their fried pickles are great! Must try!!!! I would give more stars if I could.

I love spicy hot food but in my experience once you get into the exotic peppers you substitute taste for heat. This experience led me to order the Crazi Couple "Hot" which had habanero spices. I ordered with a side of fries. There was an automatic 20% gratuity which I though was ballsy. But let me tell you once you bite into the sandwich money is no object. This is the best chicken sandwich I have ever eaten. The habanero did not take away from the juicy chicken, pickles, slaw, sauce nor bun. It added a little heat that makes me want to try the "Crazi Hot". The fries came with a spice rub which made them tastier than plain fries. I also ordered a side of coleslaw which was pretty good. It had a sweet taste but I added the Crazi sauce to the slaw which elevated the taste. If you like spicy chicken sandwiches give this place a try. You won't be disappointed.

Best Nashville hot chicken I’ve had in Arizona. I was looking for a quick lunch on the go and stumbled across this amazing little place. It’s located in one of these take out only ghost kitchen joints so that was a little bit confusing, but my order was decently fast, brought to my car piping hot and I’m still thinking about how good it was. The 2 slider meal was more then I could eat. The chicken was so spicy and crunchy, and the sweet soft bread and slaw was the perfect combination of flavors and textures. I can’t wait to eat here again!

Food is great, but…. Last time we waited a long time (about 1 hr), but figured it was a rough day for the kitchen. The food was really good, so we decided to order again today. We even ordered expecting a long wait time. Writing this from the lobby, almost 2 hours after we ordered and 1 hour after doordash said our food would be ready. I’m a server and understand how hectic this business can be, but this is unacceptable! We have concluded it is not worth it to wait 2 hours for a chicken sandwich and it’s disappointing because the food we had last time was great. Not sure why it’s such a long wait time but it’s just insane. Will edit with how long we actually end up waiting!Edit- We waited exactly 2 hours for our food and when we got it we realized it had been sitting because it was very cold. Changing my 2 star review to 1 because now the food won’t even be good. Possibly the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. I will be contacting someone soon.
