Congratulationsto this Dairy Queen. They just sent a new record for the longest I have ever waited for two items at the drive-through. One cone one shake that is all I ordered and I waited over 20 minutes in the drive-through lane. There were only two cars in front of me and I watched, both vehicles in front of me only receive two or three items each yet somehow the people working here managed to take over 20 minutes! That’s not the worst of it, the young man who waited on me didn’t even apologize or mention anything about the long wait. When I told him that I waited over 20 minutes, he didn’t respond with anything other than saying that’ll be $10? Don’t stop here unless you don’t sitting in your car for a long time! Absolutely unacceptable

We checked the hours before coming because we don't want to be those people who show up last minute. Online said 10:30 pm for dining room and 11:00pm for drive through. Same hours posted on the door when we arrive. We wanted to get some ice cream and play a quick card game together at a table.We walk in at 9:20 and all the chairs and tables are up and wet, floor just mopped. We asked if they were closing and they said dining room closed at 9:30pm. Weird.They let us order but both employees were extremely rude and clearly didn't want us there. Felt so rushed and uncomfortable. I got my son ice cream because he would have been so sad but I skipped getting mine. I just wanted to leave.Then it takes 10 minutes to even start making our ice cream after we order. Which is strange when they were apparently in big rush?We also saw other people try to come in after us and they we're turned away very rudely.

I visited the restaurant, and waited 15 mintue waiting for a cashier to order, had one cashier working with customer had payment issue. While other employees chatting and on their phones. None acknowledged us or at least apologized for the delay. We had to leave to another ice cream place. Because of the lack of customer service. Never coming back to this location.

If you're almost out of something for Blizzards you should tell people. If I'm gonna drop $15 for some Reese's Blizzards I expect a lot of Reese's. Got robbed with the ones I got tonight. Barely anything in them. Just a vanilla Blizzard

Very frustrated! I ordered two items through grub hub - a banana split and a caramel sundae. The taped bag had only the banana split in it. Unforgivable!

Dairy Queen has a yummy dilly bar that is lactose free. We drive thru because we buy a box at a time and keep cool.
