After a long day I decided to make a stop for dinner at my local DQ. I order 2 burger meals and a $7 chicken meal, I wait a few minutes at the window to receive my drinks, ice cream sundae receipt. I am told to park in front of the store that the cashier will bring me my food. There are two other cars parked out front. I come to find out they are also waiting for their food. My 2 month old starts fussing since he’s been in his car seat for a while, needless to 15 minutes passed I call my partner to come and wait for the food since we live around the corner. I go to take off and they finally bring out my 2 burgers and 3 chicken strips. I informed the cashier I was about to take off. He claimed that they made the food fresh which is what caused the delay. I get home to cold burgers and warm fries. My son’s chicken seemed to be the only fresh thing in the bag. So not only was I lied to I waited over 20 minutes for cold food. My son’s ice cream melted. This “fast food” was a disappointment.

Dairy Queen is a mixture of old fashioned ice-cream parlor and hamburger stand. Each item is handmade and reasonably priced. This one is small and cosy. The ice-cream is soft serve but of good quality. Their mixed shakes are called Concrete since they are really a solid rather than a drink. They also offer ice-cream cakes and pops.Excellent choice when you want a small ice cream something.

Chilli cheese dogs are way more expensive at this location compared to others and it takes a long time to get your food. $17 for four chilli cheese dogs while 4 chilli dogs is $10... $7 for cheese?

Firstly, the food and ice cream have always been delicious at this location. The gravy that you can order with the chicken strip basket is fantastic. The burgers and onion rings are also delicious. The major issue is the consistently terrible customer service at this location. I placed an online order at 11:10 am and the app told me that the food wood be ready at 11:23 am, so when I told the woman (Nikki) at the drive through, that I had arrived at 11:14, she asked me to wait by the doors for my order to be walked out, since it wasn't yet ready (waiting for your food by the doors is common at this location - the staff will tell you it's because they are making your food fresh for you.) By 11:27am I was ticked and walked into the dining room and Nikki noticed that I had walked in, so she started speaking with the cook staff in the back. There was a sealed bag waiting in the pass-thru and she checked the contents and handed my order to me at 11:28am. I showed her the app and what time it expected the order to be ready and she responded that they are short staffed. I understand that, as I worked fast food and for restaurants, BUT I opened the bag and checked the fries and they were cold. I checked the chicken strip basket and the strips and onion rings were cold. I was ticked! I told her that only the 2 burgers were warm and the rest of the order was cold. She asked if I wanted new hot items or a refund. I told her to remake the portions of the order that were already cold. She then told me, "OK", but that my order would effectively go back into the queue and I would have to wait as if I had just submitted a new order. That response made absolutely zero sense to me. I told her that my order must be made immediately and she disagreed. I couldn't convince her that she was making a serious customer service misjudgment. I then asked for the franchise owner's contact info and she wouldn't provide it (I remember the days when a fast food's owner's number was at the bottom of every drive through window.). Then the cook came to talk to me. He acted honorably and asked to blame him and not Nikki. I told him that I don't care to blame either of them. Nikki simply has to know how to handle this situation effectively and she didn't give a damn. I pleaded with both of them to provide the owner's contact info. I asked them why they want to protect an owner that can't even fully staff their location to make their lives easier, but alas neither cared to oblige. Nikki did refund my money and said she wasn't going to engage with me.The owner absolutely does not deserve your business. I'm no longer a customer.

We bought some more of the non dairy dilly bars. They are delicious, and you can buy a box at a time to put in your freezer for later.Dietary restrictions: I haven't eaten other than a dilly bar and different kinds of blizzards. The blizzards are not non dairy.

I started to notice less and less toppings on the blizzards but not to this extent. I was eating the top of it and when I got to less than half way, there was no more topping. It started to melt down, but I am shocked that I paid $6.26 for a small blizzard to just get the top layer of cotton candy and the rest just be ice cream...

Me and my family come here often to get ice cream on our way home from church. Our order wasn't right when we got home and when I called and spoke to Cejay he did nothing but apologize and tell me he would make it right. Came back the next week and he did and I'm so grateful to know that they did nothing but make sure it was done right. Thank you guys again and to the entire DQ staff. Sorry if we came at your rush hour. We appreciate you all!
