Food was cold. Brisket was all fat. Macaroni and cheese was fresh out of the refrigerator. Missing sides and bread. No napkins. No utensils. Don't bother.

Use to love going to Dickeys as a kid but the quality has gone way down hill. When I walked in the first thing I was told was how they were out of fries and that should have been my first clue to walk out. They were out of practically everything and the meat they did have had an off smell to it. Only thing I could eat from my lunch was the 2 sides of mac and cheese I got. On top of everything, the mac and cheese gave me food poisoning 30 minutes after eating it. Not worth the $23 I spent on it.

placed an order for delivery. worst experience ever! Paid $31 for a baked potato and a sandwich. Ordered extra cheese add bacon sour cream extra butter and green onions. it came only with cheese. The pulled pork sandwich ordered with pickles and bbq sauce. It came dry. no sauce no pickles. Called the store and spoke to Alex who was nice enough but stated they were out of some items and nothing he could do about it. I paid for those items!!!! What a joke. Beware ordering from here for delivery.

Order to-go and they forgot all the sauce. No barbecue nor the ranches I paid for. I called to let them know and they said, "I don't know what I can do about that".Dickies is a place with awful customer service, can't get the order right or do good on the customer when its wrong. Scam.

This location is TERRIBLE. Order via Uber. Did not get what we ordered. Did not get loaded potatoe. Did not get bbq sauce. Did not get utensils. Pit Boss Valeria said sorry but nothing she can do. Told me to email corporate.

Just came to eat here and they had no ice, no Powerade. And instead of them telling me there's no ice they watched me as I attempted to get ice. We asked if there was any ice and they said no, that we could go to the establishment next door? The food had no flavor. No paper towels in the men's restroom either. The cashier was sitting there talking to a girl. And the trashes were full... don't recommend this place if you're hungry and want to eat good, go somewhere else. Dickey's please don't respond with a generic automated response.

Food was wonderful as always, I've gone in a few times and the place was nice but mostly I get take out, so I can speak more to the quality of their food.

Take out just probably isn’t their thing, but i did it, the pulled pork would’ve been so good if there was a decent portion of the bbq sauce, tasted like nothing, fries were so good though, chicken was a little lacking in flavor. Also the texas toast wasn’t included like promised, I’ll definitely come in and eat because I see the potential just prob don’t do take out.

Honestly had hopes for this place as people say its good. However that was not my experience we didnt get the right sauce for the sandwich and the pulled pork was greasy. The mac and cheese taste like boxed food and the potato salad was the only thing good. The size to price is kind of a rip off. Youre paying $7 for a small and its smaallll. also the ranch taste like spoiled milk.

building was extremely hot inside. ordered a loaded baked potato and they put white onion on it instead of green onion. the soda machines ice maker was broken. the staff was very helpful and kind, absolutely not their fault(except maybe the onions)

My boss thoughtfully ordered lunch for himself, a coworker and I. My slider arrived in complete disarray. Maybe, use smaller containers or wrap better, so the sandwiches don't fall apart. It didn't seem like there was any barbecue sauce on it, either. My boss was missing his extra pickles. He says something is missing each time he places an order. The baked potato casserole and beans were okay. I like Dickie's because I always get discounts texts and emails. This location is a bit of a disappointment.

It is hard to find parking here. This is located in a college area. Sometimes there is a lot of people around and sometimes it is like a ghost town. Most of the time the streets are crowded. Sometimes at night during a break or drifting the off season it is quiet. Other times the street is blocked off. There were not a lot of people at the store when I went there. This was great. I was glad to be the only one there. These days it makes it easier and more efficient since a lot of people are ending up in Arizona somehow. It is surprising since California had much better weather. There may be parking out front at a parking meter. Or, there is a parking structure for a hourly and daily fee. I don't think the stores validate parking.I ordered the pulled pork and it was good. For me sometimes the meat is tasty and other times it is dry! Sometimes tastes smokey which I don't like and sometimes it doesn't taste smokey which I like. The BBQ sauce is pretty good. I think it gives the meat an added flavor. Also it makes the meat taste juicier when the meat is dry. Sauces will do that.

This is one of the cleanest Dickies locations I’ve been to, I’m very surprised especially considering it’s a college campus franchise. I visited Dickies Barbecue Pit on a Wednesday. The manager Francisco was very attentive and helpful with helping me choose my chicken sand which with two sides which I was was very pleased with. I recommend this location to anyone passing through the ASU campus or Tempe area! Great experience

My assistant has ordered lunch through door dash a couple of times but today will be the last time because as a bbq place they can't seem to give us bbq sauce for anything, even when we paid extra!Who wants to eat dry meat on a dry bun?

Uber eats said they were open, google said they were open and their website said nothing about being closed early on New Year's Eve but yet after making an online order and waiting the allotted time for the order to be ready I drove to the eatery and it was dark. I cannot find a way to cancel my order to process a refund and they have no phone representatives available at this time to assist with my inconvenience. Very upset and dissatisfied with this establish and will not be returning anytime soon.Edit: After calling a few different numbers and locations the following day I was able to get ahold of one of their employees who was polite and provided me with an email. After emailing the representative I received a full refund and a coupon if I chose to place a future order. Changing my original 1 star to a 3.
