called on super bowl at 501p and was told 1hr came back at 607p and the kid only working there two days says it wasnt ready so we went back home to come back and to be told its not ready but it was clearly done because another worker said it was on the top shelf.no workers had gloves on and were making everybody food with there bare hands.ive been in the retail food industry and im pretty this is a food handling issue.but no phone call to let us know there backed up. never had this problem when we did curbside at this location. definitely will report them to health dept for no gloves being worn while preoaring food.

Ordered wings when they got here they were not only cold and soggy but undercooked and pink. Called the store spoke to the manager who was incredibly rude telling me I'm wrong and it's impossible. The would not refund me they just wanted to replace the wings. Not even hungry anymore I lost my appetite. Im attaching pictures of the wings tell me these are not disgusting and undercooked.

Unhappy with last two orders. Two ago, messed up the order. Mistakes happen and it was close enough I figured. Last order stayed on the quality check for an hour and finally arrived cold.

The quality of the pizza sure has demolished. Seems like i'm eating a normal cardboard box to pizza from the dollar store. Do your slice recycle this pizza box. Do you mean recycle the box or recycle the pizza???

Horrible customer service, and disrespectful for absolutely no reason! They cancelled my order very late and when I called to figure out why that happened they hung up the phone on me while speaking to them.
