Hands Down, My favorite dunks in the valley!If you are sick of repeating each coffee in your order three times and longing for the fast turnaround time of an east coast Dunks this place is the remedy!Between many Drive thru, walk up, and mobile orders not one wrong drink yet, and I order for my whole team once a week or so.Salud to this A+ crew!

I would recommend going inside for food orders, otherwise you'll be waiting in your car for 15min and get the wrong order.

Drive thru takes too long 15+ minutes every time. They always have me park on the side and wait even longer and almost always forget something in my order. It's very unfortunate that this is the one closest to me. Don't go here if you're going on your lunch break.

I visited this location 10.27.2023 and I asked for a turkey croissant egg and cheese, and they gave me a pork sandwich and was offended when I returned it. Today 10.30.2023, I ordered again (from the drive-thru) but I asked for a egg cheese croissant with turkey sausage, when I went to pay for my meal the rude helper felt the need to correct me and tell me how I should place my order! When I told her I know how to order, she started closing the window on me as I was talking with my card in her hand! I had to demand for her to return my card, when she did, her reply was "yea bye"! Horrible customer service. They don't have a phone number listed to call and speak to management! THAT SAY VOLUMES

This location is clean and friendly. Workers are awesome and friendly. That other reviewer Nikki was extremely rude. I was the customer behind her and she was being severely unprofessional and rude. Screw you
I usually love this location but today wow .. first they got my order wrong it's free coffee Monday but they charged me for the coffee. I had purchased donuts too. When brought to their attention the manager short girl w black pony tail (9/25/23 @ 1235) asked me if I just wanted to return it for a refund...she n comes back five minutes later and says to come in because "I don't know how to do this refund yet and you're holding up the line". So now I have to waste even more time on their mistake, kids are waiting, I get in there and they don't look at me don't say anything she walks in front of me grabs a donut and goes back to the window. I asked can I get the refund? She says yeah but I have to get everyone in lined check out first she was not the only one working. Only once I pulled my phone out recording and asked "can I have my money I already gave you everything back I don't understand?" Then she proceeded to refund me right away. What a joke. Get a different job if you hate it and are terrible at it.

This is my 2nd stop if my 1st dunkin has too long of a line! Most times it's easy peasy like most drive thru.... I only had a few issues. One time they gave me the wrong size.. and once they had we wait like 5 min before I could order and another time they gave me the wrong drink, who drink just a cold brew with nothing in it... i ordered a salted caramel cold brew with a shot...the guy did offer to fix it but I order the same thing and am usually in a hurry so I didn't have time. Lesson for this location speak loud so they hear ur order like loud cuz for some reason they dnt hear clearly 3 of the 8 times I been there apparently! If u havnt tried the salted caramel cold brew it's amazing!!

The staff are always friendly. The store is very clean. I love the iced coffee here. I also get the sourdough breakfast sandwich and snakin’ bacon for my dog.

I believe this is a new store was craving an iced coffee. Dan is the only one in there one girl behind the counter look like a deer in headlights walk to the back to say that I was there took a few minutes for someone to come out I thought she was going to take my order and then she looked back talking to some other guy in the back room check my order I felt like my coffee didn't have enough flavor she said four pumps is usually the normal but can put an extra in if I'd like I laughed I didn't feel like she really cared not sure if I had to stop back at the store again they didn't seem too customer service friendly
