This dunkin used to be so good now every coffee is nasty food looks like this and everyone is really rude. Needs new training here

Drive through only, can't beat medium black coffee and a croissant breakfast sandwich for $7.00. Not bad for what it is.

Placed a mobile order for drive thru pick up. The line moved so slow.. and thought maybe it was people placing large orders but everyone in front of us just got 1 or 2 items. After we said on the intercom it was a mobile order, we got the window and guy asked us about out order all over again. Slowest dunkin I've ever been

Great staff, great service, lots of selection. I would definitely come here to eat in to relax maybe listen to some tunes. Also suggest this place if you are on the go. They have great teas, donuts, and bagels. I really like their everything bagel with cream cheese and also their avocado toast. Great deals. Make sure to download their mobile app as well so you can get rewarded for your purchases here! Drive-thru and in person staff are extremely attentive and results-driven. Definitely suggest this location out of them all for fast service.Parking: It's a small store connected to other businesses so I wouldn't suggest parking when the area is busy. There is a lot of constant in-and-out traffic going on close to the business with the circle k, CVS, and Walmart all relatively close to each other. Make sure you don't stay for too long, I've noticed parking is popular here.

I'm glad they are temporarily closed! Hopefully things get better for this place! Multiple times I would place a mobile order and they were closed even on their open times! The times I did get my stuff I would have to double check because either I was handed the wrong stuff or I was missing something!

Don't bother. Don't make crullers. Often out of stock like orange juice. Always a processes ordering because they can't understand. I gave my whole order thinking she had it when she asked me what was the first part? " I want two Boston Cremes" "You want a Lemon zing?" "No Boston Creme" Another incorrect guess. It wasn't until I said "Boston like in Massachusetts" she said "Oh Boston Creme." "Yes 2." That's when she said they were out of orange juice. I cancelled my order. Should not take that long. This is a regular type scenario for me at this store.

20 min wait in drive thru wasn't horrible but I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich and get 2 egg only sandwiches??? Tried to call them all morning and phone is busy,lol terrible customer service or trying to get customer service, lol

The employees seem nice however, I am tired of pulling into the drive through at 5:45ish am on the way to work with no one there! At least the Starbucks across the street is open

My cousin worked here and told me that everything is very out of place. The manager named jessica does not act like a manager and treats her team members very rude and doesn't ever to seem and care about them. Also got some food and it was very cold and soggy and the drink didnt have anything i requested for it. I then went back around and tried to get some help and no one came through the window or drive through. The inside was closed

Good place for early Sunday morning coffee n donuts,unlike the location at Thomas rd and Hayden.I was able to get my "box o' joe" and 2 dozen donuts for my church group with out delay. Coffee was hot,donuts delicious.
