This used to be a decent location. The workers no longer attempt customer service or friendly greetings. Online orders are often wrong- disappointed to say the least.

There's a woman here that needs to work on her customer service. Ive gone here multiple times, months apart and she just seems like a rude and miserable human being. It's sad.

I have had the same girl at the drive-thru short change my food twice now. She shorted me a donut each time and something seems suspicious because I’ve never had the problem before.

Came to the smoke shop next door but I didn't realize there's a dunking I was like oh man it's morning and they got fresh donuts but. I got a half dozen of sorted jelly filled in regular donuts and some of the filled donut holes they were awesome and I got me a large caramel macchiato it's my go-to there donuts are Super Fresh and coffee is excellent

Witnessed a worker cough into her shirt/hands today 4/2/24 this morning and then proceed to still handle stacking clean cups&other objects when I was waiting for my coffee. She didn't handle my drink so I didn't say anything at the time but when working in a kitchen/food&drink prep you should wash your hands after that before continuing, as you could spread illness (possibly). will not describe her im not lookin to get no one fired. just please inform your employeee about handwashing protocol, so nobody gets sick. That is all.

Worst cup of coffee ever @the Broadway & McClintock location,coffee looks like mud & coffee all down the sides of my cup,when my husband brought home my order I was discussed.If I was with him,I would have had them make it over.

Employees at this location are very rude. It does not matter what day or time you go, they treat customers like an inconvenience. And they do not know what is on their own menu.

I waited in the drive through line for at least 10 minutes and when I got to the ordering menu, NO one spoke or asked for my order. I had to continue driving up to the window bc there were about 10 cars behind me, so I couldn’t just sit at the intercom waiting for an employee to take my order. When I got to the window I explained what happened to the employee and he told me word for word “we’re really short staffed and can’t take orders at the window. Best I can tell you to do is come inside”. I’m very frustrated because that is UNACCEPTABLE. He didn’t offer to give me a drink for free or try to make the situation better and he was not apologetic at all for this major inconvenience. I wasted over half an hour at that location and will never ever return. I was late to an appointment bc i was trapped by cars in the drive through line and still never got my drink. You should know this location does not care about their customers at all.

The atmosphere is different when the manager with red hair is working. She doesn't welcome anyone that comes through the door. Doesn't make eye contact. She wouldn't take our order. Her Gus's pizza delivery came and she jumped to the counter quick...THAN took our order. That is all. ?

I ordered online for the everything bagel bites and when it came I only got 2 not 3 and the inside was all dough absolutely disgusting. Considering the fact I paid 17 dollars for those and a coffee!!

I’ve been coming to this location for about 4 years now , about 3x a week or so with my daughter. Everyone that works here has exceptional customer service and it’s a chain, but really, my favorite neighborhood coffee and donut spot because of the workers. The manager ( I’m so sorry I never got your name and I’m too nervous to ask this far into our barista / customer relationship ) but the manager always has a smile on his face and it genuinely shows he enjoys getting it interact with customers daily and the staff do as well. The coffee is always spot on and they never mind fixing a messed up coffee order! It’s always clean and well kept and their donuts etc are always so fresh. Thanks DD on Broadway for always being the real MVP’s of my mornings / afternoons.
