I love Dunkin product(s) and this place has a lot of potential. However, the employee that they hire gives little to no effort when it comes to customer service. Several times that I use drive-thru was getting worse and worse hence why I took my business elsewhere.The place needs remodeling and employees need to be presentable i.e unkept long hair especially in food service industry!! Yuck.I’d rather drive a little farther than spend my hard earned money to a pathetic service.

I rarely write a review, but this DD is due for one!!!They rarely have the donuts I want.They close way too early in the day, NOON???Coffee was warm, not hot, and I hadn't added my cream yet!!!They don't provide a napkin unless you ask for one.Less than a half mile from home, but this is my last time there.Every time there is something amiss.Their phone number is no longer valid.

Trash see plenty of people waking in and out of the place soon as I walk up they say no dine in but the friends of the workers are allowed to go in and have lunch with no mask also there was no sign that said no dine in just the lazy workers who decided to treat there friends not customers also was told to walk through the drive thru if I wanted serviceUpdate still lobby is closed and they still don’t have a number to call honestly idk why this place is still even open smh

Dunkin Donuts is continuously disappointing.Dont order anything other than a drink through the app if you dont want to be dissatisfied when you arrive and find out “they dont have it”. A lot of situations like these could be avoided if they would update their apps to show current inventory, instead of letting you “buy” items that are out of stock.I ordered 2 dozen donuts through the mobile, to show up to the store and find out that they were out donuts entirely. They could not refund my order at the store and directed me to call customer service. After waiting 25 minutes, I finally speak to someone, and their tone immediately was off putting, didn’t feel like they were trying to help me. They gave me a refund, and said it would take 3-5 business days. When i asked what they could offer me for my inconvenience, the rep measly said she would add 100 points into my account. Greeeeat, thats not even worth anything. ????So i wasted my time going to the store, AND waiting on the phone to speak to someone. Now i have to go buy donuts somewhere else, meanwhile im down $35 because of Dunkin Donuts’ mess of a mobile app. Do better dunkin. The Starbucks app and business overall is much better. They dont let you order things they dont have.

This location is one of the worst dunkin locations I've ever been too. They are so extremely slow its painfull, and constantly getting orders wrong even when I very slowly and clearly give my order. They do the courtesy of reading back what I order, and still get it wrong. On several occasions they claim their oven was down so they weren't making hot foods, but I swear it's bc they just didn't want to make food. Idk who is managing this place but the workers here frankly don't seem to care at all and put no effort into their jobs. I love dunkin and I'm not looking for 5 star service, but this location is aweful.

Had I not prepaid I would have left like so many other people did before me. Took FOREVER to get just a drink and a donut. Then the person at the window just hands me my stuff without a single "thank you" or "Sorry about the wait"

They’re apathetic, they touch the inside of the bags with their hands before putting in the donuts and they close way too early. I’m not too sure I’d shop there again.

Who ever is the blonde and has tattoos is EXTREMELY rude every single time. Rude to the employees around her, which is extremely unprofessional. I assume she is a higher up? Shift lead or manager? But her behavior is HIGHLY unprofessional and my family members agree. We will be taking our service else where and will be calling higher up.

Terrible morning crew had to pick up a grubhub order, bag wasn't sealed as well ask it was difficult to get their attention when asking then to do so, food took way longer then needed did not enjoy my time

I’ve been a consistent regular for the last four years and it’s sad to see what this store has become. This place never seems to have anything in stock and lacks the great service they used to have. I hope management gets their stuff figured out as it would be nice to have an egg when I order a sandwich or to even get a donut at what's supposed to be a Donut Shop.

This store is NEVER open on time. At least 4 times a week. And we are not talking like 5 min after 5am it is 5:30 and lights are off. Always out of things....the other day it was donuts??? First thing in the morning??? I usually go here every morning before work and it wasnt always this bad but now I am juat foing to change my routine and go to another location or a different establishment all together

FIRST & LAST time ever going to this Dunkin location. Extremely rude staff!!! To start I love Dunkin’ I go almost everyday to the location in Glendale, but I was picking up a DoorDash order and I also wanted some coffee for myself. First I walk in and there is only one other customer in the store & there are 3 workers I can see, 1 on register, one making a drink, and one towards the back. I get in line, my turn comes up and the cashier just walks always without saying anything, ok, I give the benefit of the doubt because a simple “I’ll be right with you” would of sufficed. Anyway I’m still thinking of my order anyway so about 5 minutes pass, not one word has been exchanged at this point, the first customer is leaving and no one else is in the store but me. Now a different girl comes up to me and asks “Have you payed?” I say “ no I haven’t even been helped yet.” She says “ok” and walks away. So at this point I’m getting annoyed and I don’t even want to order for myself anymore, so I walk to the pick up counter and as soon as I get the counter an elderly couple walks in, before they can even get to the register the first girl is already greeting them and asking what they would like. Now I’m in disbelief because I’ve been waiting for almost 10 minutes with not one word being said to me and the other girl knew I hadn’t been helped. So I walk out and just leave and as I’m in my car pulling out the parking lot the second girl comes out holding a drink walking to my car but she doesn’t even know what I was there for so she’s just handing me a random drink. So all that to say, go to this location if you want to have a bad day :)

They close early, short staffed and never has anything on the menu. This used to be a good location but they have disappointed me and wasted my time far to many times in one month. I just bought a ice coffee makers. Bye Dunkin

This is the second time I’ve come to this location and my food is wrong. I’m very disappointed. Wrong donuts requested. Wrong coffee given and now 1 slice of raw bacon on my sandwich. I won’t be using this location ever again. Please do better. Food cosT way too much for y’all to just provide trash.
