Every single time I go to this location they can never make drink right and this last time which was today was a complete joke. I asked for a chi extra hot and it was cold and taste like plain coffee. ? Not only that they are so dam slow at this location too and I dont understand why. Don't get me wrong I love Dutch bros cause there is a different location I go to on my work all the time and they do amazing every time. I have given this location in Tempe many changes but I will NEVER go there again after today!!!!

We just moved to this area a month ago and this location is 4 min away. I can say in all honesty. This is WORST coffee we have ever had. They scanned my qr code from the app and used my free med drink for joining. I get home with our coffees only to be disappointed by sock water. They gave me no receipt and the app is wanting an order number which is also not available. So I guess a refund for the "coffee" is out. Just sucks. I'm not able to go back and after this, definitely not going back anyways

This is my most favorite Dutch Bros stand! Every single broista is sweet, sparks enough conversation to not make the wait awkward, but doesn't totally bombard you either. NY drinks are always made deliciously and never wrong. They also have some yummy pastries you can get with your drinks. If you haven't downloaded the app yet, do it!! I came 30 minutes before noon, no line, great customer service, had a full conversation with barista and got my drink in a fast 5 minutes. The drink looked picture perfect and I would’ve added a picture but I drank it too fast
