Please add napkins to online orders. Never have I received a napkin in the bag and they don’t allow you to customize the cream cheese so please stop putting no effort into the orders. My bagels come with a half spread of cream cheese a thin layer that barely covers the bagel so it’s like dry bread.
Been going to Einstein's for decades, literally decades. Normally it's a bustling, customer-oriented shop, with lots going on, great aromas of coffee and bagels and sweets and just really good service.But *this* morning was just *so* wrong! Ordered a dozen bagels and a smoothie. And then everything went haywire. Me and my family had the most wonderful and heartfelt experience at this Einsteins very clean atmosphere very well managed and especially the staff the kindness and empathy they also showed and noticed it was my son's birthday and was actually listening to everything that was set I feel like this is one of the best Einsteins I've been to and will ever be at thank you so much to the entire staff and management and God bless!!!!!!
