If I could give no stars I would. This is by far the worst service I have ever received. I have been to this location a few times and last time forgot to write my review right after. I waited for 40 minutes for my food, only for it to be incorrect. This time I did not forget to write a review because I was sent over the edge yesterday. All I asked for were two sides of avocado. Normally this Einstein's is very busy and I understand there may be a long wait. Yesterday though? No, there was no wait. In fact I was the only person who got in line and asked for my two sides of avocado. $3, that was it.It took them 25 minutes for them to get it to me and the only reason they remembered was because I went and asked if they were making it for me. They claimed that "someone else took my order" but I know that wasn't true because we were all provided with numbers. They would call your number when your order was there. Either they accidentally gave it to someone else while neglecting the fact that I was standing right there. Or perhaps they forgot. While others came up to order after me later, workers were chatting in the back and not even caring to take their orders. I absolutely will not visit this location again. I've only ever gone out of convenience and truly have given them the benefit of the doubt. It amazes me how they've forgotten the type of bagel I've asked for with plain cream cheese, all the way to TWO sides of avocado. I repeat. Do not give this franchise your money, Aramark do better.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich. The cheese wasn’t melted and the bagel was stale and fell apart. I also had to wait about 10-15 minutes for my coffee.

idk man, the staff was rude and short and the toasted bagel I got was cold.I know it's a small detail but I ordered a latte with caramel and they gave me a caramel macchiato, but a problem, they're pretty much the exact same thing, except my drink was SO sweet I could barely drink it and the macchiato is more expensive... so I got overcharged... anyway, I think I'll just stick to the Starbucks downstairs from now on. honestly, id rather go to the pod
