I absolutely loved the service/experience at drive thru the gentleman spoke in English when my sister ordered and when my mother spoke in Spanish a lady spoke in Spanish to take my mother’s order; overall both employees were highly in sync with taking our order. The food was delicious and they made sure to put in everything we asked (salsas, tortillas, etc.)

I bought this Pollo Fit Bowl near Germann and Gilbert roads recently. I was disgusted as this older man preparing the bowl keep on talking while serving without wearing a mask. I bet some of his salivas are mixed in that bowl. The bowl looks good in the picture shown at the store, but not what I got. It was only two thirds full compared to the other branches served with two small old, dark colored avocado slices in it. Buy it somewhere else. Thank you!

Something happened to this place over the last several months. I've been in the neighborhood for a few years now and hit this place once a month or so and everything has always been great, but the last few times they've forgotten items in the drive thru and the attitudes coming from the employees is NOT okay. My wife actually drove back this time to grab the missing food and even then she got a ton of attitude. Don't go.

I ordered lunch for the office from Boston Market on McClintock for pick up at 11:30. I arrived to locked doors and a sign stating "Sorry Open at 12:00" I had 15 employees waiting for lunch! Drove to El Pollo Loco on McClintock and Baseline. Destiny and Maria put together a 48 piece meal with all the fixings in less than 15 minutes! SAVED the day! Thank you so much. Great service and tasty, fresh food. I will recommend this location highly! I will never go to Boston Market again.

Very friendly cashier... Destined? I think was her name.Food was good and they didn't skimp. The iced tea tasted extremely old however. And I usually don't complain about the tea.However the 5$ combo meals are great for the price. My wife and I each got one!

Ummmm, since when did half a pint cost $4.19 per side. Wowwww!!! I'm completely unsatisfied! Now a pint size, I can understand paying that price for, but half of that! No way! Outrageous! ??????????
