This food is really not good. I was very excited to try and starving and I can’t imagine worse wings and burger. Fries were rubbery and barely cooked.

food was absolutely horrible. ordered wings, fries and onion rings and everything was bad. wings were FULL of feathers, had to have them remade ONLY to come out dry and lacking sauce. onion rings and fries were both cold and clearly not fresh. we also waited over 30-40 minutes to get served. 0/10 would not recommend!

I don’t normally do reviews but I came in with my family and had a really good experience here. It didn’t take long to get our food which was very nice and Malachi was extremely helpful when it came to figuring out what to get on the menu. My mother is also deaf and they were extremely patient with her which we truly appreciated.

I just wanted a real fat burger.. do not come after 8pm.. they clean the shake station so that you can not order more shakes. Also if you get after 8 they take 20 to 25 min to get your order ready.. if you decide to wait that long for the order you like me are hoping to get a good burger, well since the shift leader is talking to his coworker and touching his face and keep cooking, your fatburger will be over cook with extra mustard and mayo bun not cook right... I am a former worker of fatburger and I love the history and the food of this franchise but I will not come here or advice you to come here because this is not good for the reall good people who like me love fatburger

Fatburger never disappoints. Happy to find this in a mall food court. Great service along with fantastic food.
Always love when a location has an impossible burger and this was one the best I've had! Love this option when visiting Arizona Mills, and will definitely return. The service was friendly and the food came out in a reasonable time - good food is worth the wait! There's some seating in front of the restaurant, but you can always sit within the food court. The only problem I had was that the soda machine is out of order and you have to go to Sbarro's next door. Not only is it a walk, but there is a line as their customers are getting beverages as well. Hopefully my next visit this is fixed as it would be a 5 star experience if so!

Been meaning to write this review but I visited this location a few weeks ago and wasn’t quite pleased with some of the people. Especially one of the female managers, she was not intentive at. On top of that, she was disrespectful and spoke ill of her coworkers which is unprofessional. Please consider giving some of your managers better training, especially make them aware of their surroundings. Other than that I had a good experience and mostly took stars off for the female manager behavior.

The burger was big enough like really big. I don't know what they season it with but it's like a grilled style like Burger King. Problem was it had alot of salt. Was in my opinion too salty. But they have a better selection looks like and alot of options to build your own burger.

I ordered a bacon burger with fries and a drink for myself. My 2 grandsons wanted a burger and fries, so I ordered 2 kids' meals. The cashier Kelly was very personable and helpful. She let me know about the different kids meal they have to offer and by letting me know beforehand where the fountain drink was located. Paul was the individual who brought the food to our table. He was a very personable individual and helpful as well by asking if there was anything else I needed, which I didn't. He went on to say, if you find that you do need anything please don't hesitant to ask. The food, the employees and atmosphere was an enjoyable experience. I will definitely recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking for a cook quick meal. Keep up the good work. I was a very satisfied customer.

Came from New Mexico to watch a concert ate here at and the food was really great the owner was really nice and cool to talk to. I would recommend this place to eat. Also I’m the mall you can walk the food off and get seconds!!!
