Absolutely the best Firehouse I have ever had. Been to 4 different locations. But never like this location. Absolutely worth the drive if you want a great sub. And the Manager Coury I believe, was very much a great help. Thank you guys for great service and great food!

I read a news article reporting that Firehouse subs had the best meatball sandwiches in the country.I ordered two subs from them, one for me (a "New York Steamer" sub") and one for my wife (a Meatball sub).My sandwich was loaded with fat on the pastrami, the bread was the sametexture and taste as a hot dog bun, and it was lukewarm, as though it had been microwaved to heat it, although the menu picture looked as though it was toasted in an oven.My wife's meatball sandwich was bland in flavor, with the same unsatisfactory bread as my sub.We both had a miserable experience ordering a meal from Firehouse Subs.I suggest you order your meatball sub from either Oregano's or Subway or Jimmy John's.You'll get a lot more bang for your buck than ordering from Firehouse.The two subs I ordered cost me $22, a waste of my money, for sure.NEVER AGAIN!

The store manager Sean is amazing! I went in here and he is not only greeting everyone like an old friend, taking all the money, but he is also making all the food with his team. I can’t say enough about how great this location is. I will drive out of my way to visit when I have the Firehouse craving!

Hello i hate to reach out to you guys because this is one of my favorite places to eat with my family. Today however i had the most humiliating experience while talking to Sean at your restaurant. There was a mix up with my order and when i spoke to sean about it he was instantly really rude. He took my bag and opened all my items to show me what i had ordered then proceeded to raise his voice. I told him just one of my subs was wrong but he insisted on it not being the case and said he would gadly charge me for another one. I asked if i could just give him back the wrong sub and get the correct one but he said no and that he wasnt going to give me free food. He said all this while other customers were there watching me get yelled at which made everyone feel uncomfortable. I asked if he could just do the right thing and exchange my sub but he refused. After me pleading with him he finally agreed but he then proceeded to yell at me saying "DOUBLE CHECK MY ORDER NEXT TIME SO HE DOENST HAVE TO GIVE ME FREE FOOD." There was no need for that comment . At that point i didn't respond because i didn't want to make the situation worse i just wanted to feed my family. I got my sub and thanked him but he ignored me. I would like for you guys to please review the camera tape on my visit for 7/3/2023 at 3:10pm. I really hope he doesn't keep treating his customers like this. We all have bad days but Sean needs to rethink his actions.

This location is by far the best location I've ever been to the gentleman there were so nice and patient with me since I was placing a large order while attending to my 3 year old son they helped me out in every way and made it so smooth and easy for me it was almost a $60 order I placed. The inside was so clean and nice along with a beautiful HUGE mural on the wall that they discussed about with me since I admired the artwork of it. My son was such a happy camper to be in there and to eat his chips there while we waited. Along with that note we barely even waited long I feel like for that entire order we only waited 5 minutes or less and it was all ready correct and prepared so nicely! Thanks guys for making it the best experience ever for my son and I! We will definitely be back soon!
