From the second we walked in we were greeted with a smile and amazing customer service. Page our waitress took our order and was by far the most nicest polite courteous attentive customer service worker I have had in so very long! She paid attention and listened to our order making sure she got it correct. We were served quickly and the food was so amazing! My new favorite spot to eat! I give this resturaunt a 10 out of 10!!

Firehouse has always been expensive but they have once again jacked up their prices, no longer toast the sandwiches, no cookies or brownies for sale, they get the order on the salads wrong (3x this has happened) leaving out several items, and they ignore you when you walk in until they are ready to help. The teenagers working seem unhappy and did not provide the standard "welcome to Firehouse" greeting. It took 10 minutes for them to make my sandwich and there was no one in front of me. I used to be a loyal customer but not anymore. I also never leave reviews.

This location is always super slow no matter if customers are present or not. I was going with my cousins over a month ago and decided to use the app as it always takes 20 to 30 minutes to get an order. I ordered online and went in to pickup our order and left cousins in the car as one was undergoing cancer treatment. I went in and was told it wasn't ready, 20 to 25 minutes later it was finally done. Last visit when I went in there was a sign on the wall saying that buy any sandwich and get a cold sub 50% off. I ordered my usual club on a sub on a gluten free roll, my boyfriend a cold Italian sub on white , his brother who went in with me ordered the pizza pepperoni sub on garlic rolls. He was told that they didn't have any garlic rolls and he could have it on a plain roll, he said yes if he could have some extra cheese to make up for the roll. He was told yes. Then I received the receipt and it had $2.00 dollars for the cheese, brother asked about it the guy said he couldn't do anything about it. I also didn't get the 50% off either. We go there 2 to 3 times a month. I like going there because I really like the gluten free rolls they use, but my boyfriend's brother is the driver and he said he is fed up and won't go there again. Hopefully Jersey Mike's gluten free rolls are equally tasty.

It's just baffling how you can say outloud all the things you don't want on a sandwich... to then have them just completely disregard and put it all on there anyway... For the love of God let a robot make my sandwich already so I can stop spending money to only be inconvenienced and infuriated. Never again. I'm literally going to now go out of my way to go somewhere else. The guy in front of me in line literally had to have them make his sandwich again too for the exact same reason. Must be nice to get paid to do your job consistently incorrectly.

i would rate this a 0 if i could. terrible. took 30 mins to get 2 subs. there was only 2 other people in restaurant while we were there. a random employee walked in without uniform and had a huge KNIFE on his belt and a wizard hat and started working w jeans and a tank top which is clearly not in uniform?? the two subs we finally got, were made so incorrectly that there is no way they were meant for us. we would have said something but we could not bc we were already home. ruined my night. the restaurant area was not clean and uncomfortable to wait in being that all the employees were talking crap about something very loudly that everyone could hear. they also told us they could not give us the garlic bread we ordered so they subbed it w a soup. the soup was so disgusting and didn't look like it was made properly at all. honestly so upset about this, i never leave reviews.
Went here last night around 8:15pm and I did not get greeted by the young man working instead he YELLED for his coworker to come help. He wasn't even slammed he was just pissed at the fact we walked in 45 min prior to closing. The young lady came to take our order and I was able to see him on the side rolling his eyes the whole entire time. He had bad work ethic forsure! I never make Yelp reviews but I felt the need to say something. Other than that guy ruining my experience at firehouse, the subs were delish but they forgot my pickle due to half Assing my order :/ don't think I will return to this location at least

Every time I go here it takes forever for them to make the sandwiches. I’m not sure why but this location is so slow.Sandwiches are decent but pricey especially given the amount of time it takes for them to be made.

Then two people came through the door to order their sandwiches and received their sandwiches before my order so I asked where is my order. I got the order at 150 pm, 8-11-2023 and they can't even get the right items on the sandwiches. Will never return. They were 10 minutes late the prior visit.
