The chicken was undercooked, springrolls were doughy and not completely cooked... i would recommend this place only if I DO NOT like you!!!!I tried to eat this bland undercooked food, but ended up almost throwing up...I WOULD'VE DEMANDED A REFUND IF THEY WEREN'T GONNA BE CLOSED BY THE TIME I GET BACK OVER THERE!I couldn't call in my order because the line was busy. I get there and the kids repeated back my order which he still got wrong. 45mins later i bring my food less than a mile back to hotel and it's filled with extra orders of rice that i was charged for. The worst part is after waiting for my food and about to eat as soon as i get hotel, IT WAS COLD! I thought i ordered from New age not the ice age. The food doesn't even taste good. This is very disappointing.Update: I called and was told that I would get a refund. And literally hanging over the toilet bowl ready to throw up... If I throw up, I'll be adding the pictures!!

Torn between a 3 and a 4 here because we had an overall good time. The service was good. The happy hour drinks and specials were fantastic. The actual entrees were bad. Not inedible bad but like would never order again. We had the crab wontons and they were great. 10/10. The pom martinis were great. $5 10/10 the potstickers were 6/10. Meh. The salad was 8/10. The chow mein was salty and lacked dept. Chicken was weird texture. We also got honey beef and it lacked vegetables or something to cut through sweetness. Good with rice but meh. Would come back only for happy hour fried foods and drinks.

Have gotten takeout twice, it’s time I got there 15 mins after calling and then waited another 20 mins. 2nd time got there 10 mins after calling food was waiting in a very lukewarm bag. The order was incorrect and the food had clearly been sitting around for hours and then briefly heated up. It was awful. Called to speak to a manager. waited 10 mins on hold to then be told they couldn’t find him, called back the next day and was told Daz the manager wax t in but would call me back. Never got a call. The bill was $56 for food we didn’t order and couldn’t eat. Maybe it’s better to eat in SF t this licstion but I think I’ll find another resturant

Eating at Flo's was a very pleasant experience. The atmosphere was very romantic and calming. The food was quite enjoyable. I had the beef and broccoli and absolutely enjoyed it.The restaurant was very clean and was overall a pleasant experience. 5/5 stars!

My fiance went to pick up food and he cannot stop raving about the service and the welcoming atmosphere. The food is also beyond incredible. I can't believe it took us this long to find out about this place! We will absolutely be ordering from here in the future.

The sweet & sour chicken is to die for!!! It's such a guilty pleasure meal but it is amazing. Everyone I've taken here ends up loving the food too. Service is usually quick and everyone is friendly.

I was told my food would be ready at 1135 so that’s when I arrived at the restaurant. I didn’t receive my food until 12:05 so I’m assuming the forgot the order and had to make it on the spot. However, the waiting was not the reason for the bad rating, the food was absolutely terrible. I got the orange chicken and the chicken tasted many days old and more like fried chewy air vs any resemblance of chicken. The hot and sour soup was ok. $60 for two entrees and two soups is also outrageous. Would give them 0 stars if possible. Too many Chinese restaurants to choose from the waste my time and money here again
Server was wonderful. He was attentive and quite kind. The food was decent. It wasn't the best pan Asian food, but it was enjoyable to eat and came out in a relative short amount of time.

Favorite neighborhood Asian fusion restaurant. Dishes are well prepared and flavorful. Try the salt and pepper wings appetizer. They take a bit longer but worth the wait.

I just left the establishment very disappointed in the Manger Mason and how he speaks to his customers. I have gone to flows for Yeats now and always enjoyed the food and customer service. My friend had barbaric surgery. She has a card and asked if she could order off the kids menu. Not to be cheap but she cannot eat much. Second she can't order a whole meal and let it spoil in this Az heat as we had plans after. It was his rudeness and deliverance. He said that is not our problem but hers. We have been to plenty of larger and nicer restaurants who did it with no problem. MASON get some people skills. FLO'S Corp office I hope your proud of your manger and his rudeness. You lost several customers and will tell others . I hope you all enjoy Mason and his not so nice attitude towards others medical issues.
