He CARES and puts in all of the time and effort and it shows in the food. It’s all fantastic and made from scratch! And what’s even better, he will remember you. Doesn’t matter how many times you’ve been there, he will remember your name and order. What are you waiting for??! The best gem to come into this neighborhood!! Every time I come here is amazing. I mostly come here for their boba tea, which comes in a wide variety of flavors that you can mix and match. Their prices are also consistent and fair compared to other places such as Starbucks who changes more per ounce. Overall, great drinks and great service, and I will continue to keep coming back over and over!
So I wasn't sure what I was expecting they had high reviews, so just wanted to check out for fun. Wow, great customer service gentlemen how they treated me and made sure I was attentive. It's a family business so its amazing to see an atmosphere where its cozy and plenty of space to eat at. Easy to order, I just wanted to get a peach green tea boba but got some fried chicken nuggets both amazing. I like when boba places have % sugar as some places it's too much or not. But I will definitely be coming back.

Customer service- insanely good customer service. Food- sushi is surprisingly really really good. The chef and I believe owner work. That means better quality food prepared.Prices- you aren't going to beat these people with their prices.I highly suggest this place. My food demons are Chinese food, sugar, and bubble tea.Lucky for me, Fusion Tea Lounge has it all. More than just your typical boba shop with the boring vanilla popcorn chicken (although FTL does their popcorn chicken well), FTL serves up an extensive menu of good eats while serving some quality drinks. The chef and manager here is accommodating, inventive, and has a wealth of knowledge. Got a food allergy? Speak up! They can most likely find something for you to eat and drink. I’ve tried probably everything on the menu in the past few years which is no easy feat — it’s a big menu!And if you’re like me, sometimes people are too much. They have a handy self-serve kiosk for you to order at and you can also order online to pick-up. They really do make ordering a breeze.

I came here for boba but was pleasantly surprised by their food. I tried the kung pao chicken and the honey hot wings and both were so good! Boba milk tea (25% sweetness) was excellent as well and the employees were super nice. Highly recommend!
To know me is to know I absolutely adore Asian cuisine and this place hit the spot! I found this gem while on a layover and chose to bypass the hotel lobby restaurant and take a Lyft to try Fusion instead. Zero regrets! I was pretty hungry when I got here so I immediately ordered based off of some Yelp reviews. I had the scallion pancakes, shrimp tempura roll, and a coconut milk boba tea. Literally everything was fresh and tasted absolutely amazing. The scallion pancakes are 100% worth the hype. The sushi roll was fresh and the shrimp was warm, indicating they make everything to order. Huge plus to me. The service was quick and efficient. My food was hot and fresh. This is a no frills kind of restaurant. Good and quality food without all the extra. It's simply decorated inside (holiday decor on my visit today--so can't speak to its usual state). But I'll definitely be back next time I'm in AZ!I also ordered lo mein to go. Will update once h try it!
