I can't give Genghis Grill 5 stars when they have decided to remove noodles as a base option AND raise the prices as well. For people who don't eat rice, the options are cabbage, have less in your bowl even though you're paying for it, or have your bowl full of rice and noodles that you add at the line. Leaving barely any room for your meats and veggies. Please take recommendations from customers before you decide to change things up. I can't imagine who would enjoy thus change, but the noodles should still be an option as a base. Not an add-in that you use when building the bowl

I have been coming here for years and always love it. I am a little disappointed that the number of available foods on the line is decreasing while the price is increasing. Great for the corporation, I'm sure. Not so good for us. The staff is friendly and helpful, as usual, though, so there's a win.

Prices increased dramatically. Been coming to both locations for years. Regular bowl at lunch time is $18.99. This is $4 more than last time I was here. In addition, the Udon noodles that were a base added by the cooks is now a prep line item which reduces the amount of other items available. Plus the meat area is half the size it used to be. No pork selections a available at all. I can understand price increases but not in addition to food reduction. I won't be returning. I now understand why the Phoenix location closed and many others across their territory. Picture is my $18.99 bowl. Total with a soft drink for lunch? $23.59. Ridiculous...

Wish I could leave less than one star.They change their noodles to now on the line for veggies and meat ?! Why ?! Wife wanted additional noodles for an additional charge . Server stated nope you need to purchase a whole other bowl?! Wow ? just charge $5 for a side … that’s what other restaurants do. Or an no CORONA’s for a coronarita. Been a regular for 10+yrs .. we won’t be returning back to this ghengis . Unfriendly staff. Only positive was cuz we are happy to see the dishwasher moved up to a cook! Awesome !

Had the worst experience today at Genghis grill. Never thought I’ll ever rate it 1 star.We were waiting to be attended by a server. The female server arrived almost 10 mins after we were seated. We only ordered waters at first and it took her another 10/15mins to get water, and she had forgotten that we needed water.We waited another 20 mins for our food but it never arrived. We informed the server in advance that we needed to wrap things sooner as we had other commitments, but she was least bothered to be cooperative. We finally left after sitting there for a total of 30/35 mins; disappointed and hungry. And all that the server had to say to us was a lame, “okay,sorry.”
