Ordered thru doordash waited 2 hours for a pizza then driver couldn't find my condo even with explicit directions I put in the app. Told driver i give up after 2 hours dont even bother but they eventually dropped off in front of my door outside which I immediately took to dumpster god knows in those 2 hours how bad that pizza rotted in 110 degrees trying to get here for 2 hours.

What happened to this place? You order and an hour later your order isn't ready. The workers just don't seem to care and get annoyed that you're there. Not worth the bother.

Ordered a delivery at 1030 it never showed up when I called at 1230 Cameron answered as I asked him how long until the food will arrive he answered by hanging up. After calling the store back they said it's not their fault and they have no idea where the food is or what the drivers number is. I paid ahead of time and never received any of my food. Iv been going to this place for the last three years and will never be returning and I would recommend anyone looking for late night food to find someplace better. The food is mediocre but it's what Iv been use to I never realized how many other better options there is there. This isn't the first first time Iv had issues with the employees and can't get ahold of any management after trying for days to get my money back.

We tried ordering 3 slices of pizza after a long day of driving. Somehow we ended up with 1 slice and 2 family size pizzas for 2 people. Our order was not confusing. The boy taking our oder confused himself to the point where we had no idea what he said and just agreed because he said it'd be "cheaper" doing it the way he said and we were in a hurry. The pizza was good for the first two bites of the slice we took before we realized we got 2 whole pizzas. Ended up throwing them all away. Terrible. Also they ran out of pizza. At 3. On a Thursday. That's why we didn't reorder.

Really is a 3.5 star review, but overall was satisfied. Pros: we ordered the 2 medium 1 topping pizzas carry out deal for $11 which was a pretty great deal. The pizza came out fast and tasted good, especially the onions. The ranch was also super tasty. We only got those items but they have a pretty extensive menu. Cons: they filled the ranch cups up half full (grrr) and when I asked the cashier for cheese and peppers, she searched around frantically and couldn't find any. She also did not know about the carry out deal when I first mentioned. Just very disorganized and off putting. Would try this place again though!

Was really excited to get pizza from here, had an online order of one pizza. In the comment section I put a couple ranches on the side. Tipped 40%. Delivery driver calls me 30 minutes after delivery time and tells me I get no ranch because his boss said no.

I have had three recent experiences in the past 12 months. First, dine-in: relatively inattentive service, but decent food and premises. No complaints there. But their delivery through GrubHub is appalling. The driver is inept and unprofessional. My order was wrong both times. As one of the limited wee-hours delivery joints around, they should be more conscious of their reputation in the neighborhood.

Horrible service!!! I ordered food and it came two hours later, COLD AND half the order was missing!!! They legit only brought the sides and forgot the pizza???! The employee didn't understand why I was upset and tried arguing with me when I called to figure out why all this was happening. Incredibly unprofessional, EXTERMLY RUDE employees, and over priced. Everything I had to go through just to get very low quality food. What a waste!!!

Some of the low reviews from other customers clearly have never worked in the food industry or in a restaurant before and it shows. Geno's is great, they are open literally all the time and they always are kind to me when I come in to pick food up no matter what time of day it is. The food is really good, my favs are the buffalo chicken sub or the speciality pizza with Z crust. Prices for the chicken sub is a little bit pricey but i'm broke and it's bomb so who cares. Be nice to the people who MAKE & SERVE you food and they will be nice back!!
They have gone down hill. Prices have risen a lot. Used to be very affordable. I don't know if its just me or whether they changed the pizza. I used to live Genos but seems like the pizza recipe changed. Couldn't believe they charge $8 Cheesy bread. I can almost get a pizza for that price. Also charged me for pizza suace when I didn't order any. I will eat else where. Used to love it but not anymore

I placed a order on Grubhub after two hours of waiting I contacted grub and they said the delivery person or restaurant was not responding. Worst customer service.

Don't bother, the people are terrible, no customer service here. They get mad if they make a mistake and you ask to fix it. Never again we tried several times for them to be polite and it's just not going to happen.

If you're looking for a deep dish pizza, you won't find it here. I used to LOVE ordering from this restaurateurs but lately it's been nothing but a disappointment. About a few months ago I would order from here pretty often and their deep dish was amazing and a legitimate DEEP dish pizza. But lately, I've only received the sad excuse for their 'deep dish' that is in the picture. I thought the first time it happened that it might be a mistake but when I received the same thing the second time I knew that this was what they replaced it with. Needless to say, don't order from here if you're expecting the real deal.
