Staying in Tempe recently. Ordered from Uber eats, the classic mix plate. The Hulu Hulu chicken had a weird texture and the kalua pig was mostly just fat and lacked taste. Rice was also very soggy. I'm from Hawaii and cook Hawaiian food a lot. Very disappointed

Small portion servings, the mixed plated was not two meat, only one. Under the meat was full of rice. Taste is 6/10, the rice was not cook perfectly- it was cooked soggy, and starchy. Meat wasn't cut evenly, the macaroni pasta needed to cook more, it doesn't taste "Authentic ". The teriyaki sauce was watery and not the expected thick sauce texture. Overall: Food taste: 6/10 Quality: 4/10 Presentation:2/10 Will I recommend this? NO.

The girl in the drive-through was very helpful, as it was my first time there. The food was delicious, my family enjoyed everything.

The macaroni salad salty and really no flavor the pork was salty also but the pineapple bbq sauce helped it my spam Musubi was burnt, my chicken was very dry. I would say it’s being cooked in bulk you need to do batches because you are over salting the food.

We decided to try this new Hawaiian restaurant just to see what it was all about. The staff were very nice and helped us order food through the touch monitor screens. When our food got there everything looked OK except for the macaroni salad. The noodles were undercooked, and they were floating in some weird mayonnaise-based sauce. It was inedible, so I asked one of the employees to please replace it for some white rice. A minute later the manager came through our table. He was very nice and told us that no one had ever complained about the macaroni salad and that he was really surprised. Reading some of the reviews on this page I can tell you that everyone is complaining about the macaroni salad. He also told us that it was not their fault because they get the macaroni salad from a vendor, and they just pour it out of a bag. The macaroni salad was gross and if I was in charge of buying products for that company, I would never buy that. Furthermore, I don’t want to go to a restaurant and get food that’s poured out of a bag. The chicken was OK. There was quite a bit of rice, including rice that was hidden under the chicken to make it look like there was more of it. The rice was OK, but it’s practically impossible to screw up white rice. The Hawaiian soda that I purchased with my food was tasty, but they didn’t make that either.Even though the employees were super nice, I’m disappointed with the macaroni salad and it ruins the experience. Macaroni salad is one of my favorite things to eat at a Hawaiian restaurant and this does not resemble any macaroni salad that I’ve ever eaten at any Hawaiian restaurant, and I would even say it’s the worst macaroni salad I’ve ever eaten anywhere even in emergencies. I’m not going back sorry but there are a lot of other places to eat.

I ordered the Huli Huli chicken that came with rice and macaroni salad. The rice had a mushy gummy texture like it hadn’t been washed before cooked or maybe it was way over cooked? The macaroni salad was okay, a little watery. Flavor was okay. The chicken was good but nothing spectacular.. I was really excited to try a newer Hawaiian food place close to me but was disappointed with what I got

I didn't know this place was apart of a food court until we got here. You have to order your food on a kiosk and then wait for a text that your order is ready for pick up.We've had Hawaiian Bros for the first time in Independence, MO and it was so good. So when we seen that there was a Hawaiian Bros nearby, we were so excited to come & have dinner here.It was such a disappointment. The food was not good at all. The rice was soggy, the chicken was overly marinated and the spam in the spam musubi was dark (see pictures). They don't have the pineapple icecream here.

This location is basically just a pick-up location, which is easy to use. There isn't really an ambiance. The kitchen staff corrected my order when I made an error ordering online and they're great. As for the food and food quality I was disappointed. The quality of the meat was low and parts of it were very chewy. The portions are small with the meat being stacked on top of the rice which was very mushy. The rice on the side was also mushy and the vegetables were bland. For about $15, very dissatisfied with the quality and flavors. Also, no vegetarian options other that veggies and sides. You're better off cooking at home.

Was excited to try this place. Than i got home. Chicken and rice were bland. barely could taste the teriyaki. Also this was the worst Hawaiian Mac Salad Ive had. The noodles werent cooked all the way. They were still hard. The noodles sat in a puddle of mayo. The mac salad had no onions or carrots in it. It even had a bad after taste. A little sour. Do Not Go here so many better places for Hawaiian BBQ. Was extremely let down 0/10

Food is decent, in the food court that is automated and runs out of a multi-kitchen better than commercial food chain

This food is awful. The Mac has the weirdest aftertaste and an extreme amount of oil. Got completely jibbed on the protein but I didn’t like the taste. The quality was awful u can tell it’s been sitting out.

Food was extremely disgusting. I ordered the 2protien plate. The pork had a chemical fake smoky flavor to it. They forgot to put my vegetable substitute after i paid $4.00 to. Overall a terrible food experience. I have no idea what other people see in this place. Never Again!
