The lunch was wonderful on Saturday, April 13th. The manager was kind and understanding.I was at fault the day before because I let my food get cold because I was trying to organize my things instead of eating when the food was served.

If you're looking for a place to get absolutely stuffed, then this is the place for you. Great food, and large portions. The pancakes are gigantic and delicious. The syrup is made in-house and doesn't disappoint, The staff is very friendly and prompt when it comes to filling your drinks and providing extras if needed.

First time trying the Henhouse Cafe and it was amazing. We tried the house pancakes and they're huge! Like breakfast for 4-5 people. It would be cool if they made a challenge to eat them in one sitting in a time limit, that's how big they are (and it's two of them)! The other breakfast items were delicious too (chorizo omelet and the Texas Benedict).We will for sure go back and recommend you give them a try!

Sadly, we did not enjoy this popular new restaurant enough to return. Potatoes were under-cooked, egg yolk was cold, and bisquits were too large and without texture. Gravy may have been the worst ever. Service was slow.

My husband and I love henhouse. The food is divine, the service is quick and friendly and we love how homey it feels inside. Never had a bad meal or service at henhouse. For us the wait is always worth it! The lemon mascarpone pancakes and ridiculously delicious. I LOVE the green chili skillet and have a hard time ordering anything else. My husband has been going here for years and even though the southwest biscuits and gravy is not on the menu anymore, he always gets it and finishes every bite. Highly highly recommend!

We are always looking for new brunch spots and we found a good one. The food was plentiful and flavorful. In fact, the green chili skillet was insanely delicious. The pork was perfectly cooked. It is mouth watering good! The tamales were excellent too. It's authentic and tastes homemade.

Was not too happy when I came in to get food after seeing the reviews of how great the place is. I walk in and we get told its going to be a 15 to 20 minute wait before we can seat you. I look and ask why when there's 6 to 7 tables open? I get told that it's because there short staffed in the kitchen and that there behind. Ok, sat and waited, 10 minutes later we get told, we can sit you, but its going to be another 10 minutes before someone can take your order and another 30 minutes before you get your food. Nope. I counted 6 servers, 3 busers and 1 host, and the host who is standing and talking to the servers and only coming to the front when someone walks in, and this is around, 12:50, just after noon. Being told to wait for a table when there's more than 7 open tables and not being seated is unacceptable.
