I've visited Hot Wok quite a few times over the years. I used to work in the same plaza and would have lunch here weekly. Yang Chow was my go-to. Cashier was super sweet and always remembered my order. It's been a couple years since, but I've noticed they actually considerably improved. The food was super fresh and absolutely delicious! Orange chicken was very tender but really crispy on the outside and did not turn soggy throughout the meal. Hot and sour soup was a hit lots of tofu and large pieces of shitaki mushrooms. Super friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and comfortable atmosphere! Only thing I could say is that I didnt see a restroom. I didnt ask either. Overall Pleased and will return.

Probably my favorite local Chinese spot. The portions and the prices are good. Delivery is fast and inexpensive. Crab Rangoons are my favorite and they give you 8 big ones for $4.75. I have tried a lot of the menu at this point and have never disliked anything although I stick to the basics like orange chicken and sweet and sour pork.
