Terrible customer service. I ordered an antipasto salad, as is, as it shows...no extras, no takeaways...AS IS....I received a wrapped up EMPTY salad container with only the croutons and salad dressing wrapped together what the f#$k!! Who orders a salad with no salad/ NOTHING!!!! SO I called and asked for the order to be corrected. They were already paid 13.00 for the salad....all I'm asking is for the order to be corrected. The manager said you have to take it up with Uber. Since I ordered thru a 3rd party app, they aren't obligated to fix the order! If I had ordered thru their website, they would fix it!!! Like WTF!! This is a reflection of your restaurant. Regardless of how i ordered, it was a fixable error... I wasn't asking for a refund. Just correct the salad order....Restaurant's needs to remember. It's the customers, are the reason, why your business thrive, cause without them, the business couldn't sustain.

I ordered a pepperoni pizza for pickup and what I got was the wrong pizza and the staff that was there just handed me the pizza and said good bye. I always check to make sure that the pizza is the right one and it wasn't. The guy that had given me the wrong pizza just gave me attitude, but did remake the pizza.

False Advertisement. This is the second Hungry Howie's that is advertising $8.49 meal deal yet I was told that the offer expired a month ago. I'm starting to believe this is their practice. Can we hear "Lawsuit"

MIGHT GET SICK TRYING TO EAT HERE. BE CAREFUL. So first of all why is your DoorDash menu different than your in house menu. If it says on DoorDash you get one free ranch with your wings why is that not standard? Saying it's extra for a singular cup of ranch to go with 20 wings is INSANE. Also the very rude female worker who was helping gave me the ick on the phone. Very unprofessional and very much so "I'm right, you're wrong energy". I ordered BONE IN wings. Was served half cooked boneless. When I called all the female worker had to say was "well the receipt says boneless" okay well y'all heard me wrong I think "ok well it says boneless so..." are you fucking kidding me... I used to like this place. Anytime I visit this was like my go to spot cus they never missed... when I realized the meat was raw and not to ANY standard the female worker told me the only thing they could do for me is if I brought it right then and there they could exchange it but that's about it... I'm never eating here again first of all! Y'all just served me RAW chicken be so serious! Anyways I spent $47 and some change $51 with tip... and I will be coming in the AM to get a refund for this bullshit. I'm not gonna Lyft all the way over there at 2 am and spend more than I did on the food on Lyft travel costs to get my money back for YOUR mistakes. HUGE inconvenience and I will be advising everyone I see at this hotel considering to order you guys to not! This place is a scam! DON'T EVEN BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. I will have my receipt and my untouched boxes for food as soon as y'all open in the AM. Here is my documentation right here for the manager who has to assist me and for my possible legal representation in the future cus like I said this place is a SCAM. Was surprised to see they had such low stars earlier but now I understand why. Disgusting.

We ordered pizza online and paid via credit card for delivery and tip. Was delivered 15 minutes late and cold. Two girls delivered and wanted me to pay DoorDash for delivery charge of $32+ which I refused, I showed them my credit card charge statement and delivery statement. The pizza also wasn’t very good. The service for visitors to Mesa is totally unacceptable, so don’t order online, especially at Hungry Howie’s
