I am sincerely frustrated with this location. The Jamba Juice app has a feature to accommodate those with allergies. You can select the ingredients you cannot have and always view the menu showing you what you can and cannot have based on your selections. This is the second time in a row ordering from this location that I have noticed an allergic reaction forming. Unfortunately, the first time, I could not tell whether another business had made the mistake that day. I don't understand why a business would have a plant-based menu and use the same blender to put together all drinks, as if cross-contamination does not exist and people are not sensitive at different levels. Now I have been on the phone twice with it ringing several minutes until it disconnects by itself. Not only can I not speak to a manager at this time, but it appears I would not be able to order ahead and request the staff make my drink in a freshly sanitized blender so I can enjoy the allergen free experience the company appears to promise.

I tried to come here just now 1/2 at 7:30am and the doors are locked with no one inside even though the hours stated online and on the door are 6am.

My go-to place when I'm in a hurry. My go-to favorite: mango-a-go-go! Strawberries wild! Matcha green tea blast! Smoothies. If you don't want a smoothie, try a fruit bowl, the açaí primo! Chunky strawberry! Or go nuts and make a custom bowl one with PB, strawberries, and banana on top of vanilla blue sky!

Had a great experience at this location. Workers were very friendly and were able to answer all my questions honestly about the merchandise. They have a special going with the purchase or anything you can buy a waffle for a dollar so I took advantage and was able to get it at a discounted price. Their waffles are delicious ?, and I'm not even a big fan of waffles in general.i purchased a tumbler since they had a deal if you buy one you get a free small drink( I was already going to buy a drink, so I decided to go this route instead

Staff was rude, never was greeted . Guy was rude walked to the cashier looked at us and just expected us to start ordering never said a word the whole transaction ??

Showed up at 6:34am and no one is here. Drove 15 minutes to a store that’s supposed to be open. Hours on door show they open at 6am too.

Average over-priced juice bar. Very clean inside. Just being real! Owner kind enough to reply to my post, but unless the drinks are moving down to $5 for a large, I guess I just don't put the same value on it that others do. Perhaps if the menu diversified and offered high margin items that could dilute the cost of juices... But then you're moving outside of your core... I get it. Upgrade to 4-stars, for responsiveness.

The staff is so great here! They’re always so nice and friendly, they’re efficient and it looks like they’re all having a good time while doing it! I’m a regular to this location because of how AWESOME the staff is. They know my order and always make me feel welcome! They deserve all the raises hahaThank you guys for everything!!

The store is clean and the staff seems nice. I got my son the watermelon smoothie and he enjoyed it. I got the matcha drink and it was not great. The foam did not hold up and it claims to have agave for sweetness but I couldn't tell. It was very bitter. But that's my fault for ordering a matcha drink at a smoothie place lol

Love the smoothies. SUPER disappointed that ”Jamba” no longer offers a variety of healthy juice shots to choose from. They no longer offer FRESH wheat grass shots that they cut and squeeze in front of you. [[ The ones in the little bottles that they have in the fridge are not nearly, or even close in taste or freshness.]]One of the workers explained that JAMBA is no longer (juice focused), and that the company is rebranding to “JAMBA” not “Jamba JUICE”Which is EXTREMELY disappointing to hear. As this is what made Jamba JUICE special/different as opposed to the other companies on the market offering healthy smoothies and food-drink selections.PLEASE BRING THE FRESH WHEAT GRASS SHOTS BACK.

Right to it. I always treat myself secretly to this establishment. Especially when just passing by and I see one wherever I might be. My go to drink and haven't changed yet for years now. Is the mango a go go. Nothing extra needed. Large size an whether on a hot or cold day it always fits the vibe or temperature your dealing with. What else is there to say? Besides go get ya one. Service is always up to standards.

Tried calling 3x for order, phone just kept ringing. asked employees have you been busy? No, not really. No one in lobby** Store is a mess, bathroom dirty, lobby is a mess. Not busy and this is how everything looks...

So my office is like 5 min away from location on Dobson in Mesa, we stopped going there because the morning girls always had attitude, very slow service, let people cut in line and would take forvever then to top off bowls didnt look appetizing...we have been driving out of my way to go to the one on Guadalupe and everything was great but the past 3 times...no longer the good mornings welcome greetings...the bowls are so watery and over filled that when we get back to office they are a mess in the bag and i spend more time cleaning up...the staff that was there before is not the same and since then we have seen these changes...when i pay as much money as i do for me and my staff I wouldnt mind getting some nice looking bowls...idk what happen but staff from 2-3 months ago need to come back!
