Great food, friendly, helpful employees, and honest prices. However, they let the homeless – with their shopping carts full of stuff – loiter in a booth inside the restaurant for hours on end. Very unpleasant environment. I’m not going back!

I walked in around 12:30pm today to order the favorite combo posted at $13.39 on the menu hanging on their wall. The young boy at the register said he was going to charge me $16.39. $3 more than what was showing on the wall. I told him I am not paying that much, but I am paying what is posted. He said he had to charge me what was in the system. I spoke to the young girl who was the manager and she had nothing to say. It looked like she was intimidated by her fellow employee to charge me the made up price instead of what was posted. Horrible service! With their attitudes, I am sure neither will be here for very long.

I came to this store today around 4:15pm and no welcome was given which is fine but when I got to the register no hello or hi was given instead I was met with a young male who had no name tag. And I had to be the one to first say hi can I get a sandwich and he did not say hi back or even look me in the eye instead he had both headphones on his ear . I told him my order. his first words were anything else? Then he told me the total and I took out my wallet to pay with cash and he rolled his eyes and let out a loud sigh and with anger hit the cancel button for the debit card. I felt so awkward for being there and bothering him at his work that I only ordered one sandwich and I wanted to order more. I tried to blow it off but as I was leaving he was changing the trash and then hopped on helping for an online order and did not wash his hands or change his gloves and did not have on an apron the entire time. No apron no name tag no manners and with both headphones in his ears. I will not come back here until this guy is retrained or let go. Customer service is everything right now.shame on him.shame on jimmy Johns training!!

Dirty place staff doesn’t keep it clean boxes in front of counter by paying station. Floors not swept and clean tables dirty front door windows dirty. Needs updated inside furniture is out of date. Music was inappropriate. Vistised the store on 10/6/23 at 3:30pm. Will not come back to this location ever again lost my business.

I was going to eat here tonight but as I was walking up to the store I saw through the window a male employees sitting on the counter where they prepare the subs playing on his laptop. What??? Why??? That's really gross! I don't plan on trying to come here again.

I’m 24 weeks pregnant and at 10:30 pm the craving for a hunter club hit. By the time my husband and I got out of the house and to the side of town with open Jimmy Johns it was 11:05 pm. Several other locations said they were open til midnight they were not. But this location was. We were greeted by the friendliest woman I’ve ever met working anywhere at 11:20 pm. She was so passionate and happy and made our subs so quickly. She even talked about how much she loved working the closing shifts of Fridays. She completely made this pregnant lady’s night. Thank you!

I ordered a turkey sandwich with cheese, onions and lettuce only. They were out of turkey, chicken only. I got no onions, and 6 tomatoes and the lettuce was brown. So much for servicing the customer.Parking: Now I know why there was plenty of parking. Nobody was there.

Placed an online order directly through the store and waited over a hour before calling to see what was going on.The person that answered the phone said they called and left me a voicemail about there being no delivery drivers at their store and that they were canceling the order. After double checking my call log and voice mail, and verifying that all my submitted contact information was correct, I discovered that no such call was placed to me and my time was effectively wasted.Definitely not going to be interacting with this location again anytime soon.

I love how fast they process their mobile orders.
