I was just there today, Sunday 2-11-24 at 2:30pm and I’ve never had such bad service. The girl was so condescending I left with ordering. I told her ..”screw you and your bad attitude!”I usually get great service but I was not going to up with someone speaking so down on me. Terrible service

Terrible location, never has a driver, will say you’re out of delivery zone when the app allows it and they’ve delivered to same location dozens of time. don’t advertise freaky fast delivery, when you never have a driver available.

To Owner: This location is almost always short staffed. It often has NO delivery driver and just ONE person on duty. Staff who ARE there are GREAT, notably Brendan. Please take care of your staffing shortages unless you want to go out of business! )-:

Not Jimmy John’s delivery person raising their voice, hanging up on me, making me call back, and when I call back, call me a BROAD before they pass the phone to their manager, because they misdelivered my order and they have to deal with an upset customer!Talking bout “I just dropped it in front of 143”. Directions specifically say M143.And since when Jimmy John’s be just dropping stuff at door? Don’t we have to sign the receipts? Don’t y’all want tips? Just cause the tip on receipt said a certain amount doesn’t mean I wasn’t gonna give cash at the door. Where is the “leave at door option”. Must have missed it.It be The rudest folks working with food I swear. Posting this just in case I don’t get my second order and just in case they try to spit in my food and just in case it doesn’t get reported!It will be in the reviews !Side note: Whoever the manager was did a better job, but that person delivering or making the sandwiches gotta go talking like that and shouldn’t be around food.

Jimmy Johns is always good. Staff at this location are friendly and welcoming. Loved the Thai Chicken Wrap. Was tasty, fresh, and light.Kid-friendliness: My kids loved their sandwiches.

Tables should be cleaned more often, it was hard to find a table without crumbs or hand marks everywhere, guys, we did come out of the pandemic alive, but doesn’t give us the excuse to make the tables dirty and seating stained again.

Honestly, only reviewing this way because one employee was working on a busy Friday night all alone. He seemed newer and didn’t deserve that. Shame on the owner of this location for allowing this poor guy to suffer all by himself.

This place is the worst we placed and order my sandwich is supposed to have turkey tomatoes and lettuce I think I got made to slices of turkey mad mayo no tomatoes and a handful of lettuce the worker looked spaced out and when I tried to call to let them know what they did Verizon let me know the number fron the receipt don't work

I submitted my online order at 11:57am and by 12:50pm I still had not received. Called and was told only one delivery driver and he is backed up and he is headed out soon but also has 8 orders to deliver along with mine. Finally received order at 1:20pm. The guy was on a bicycle. When you have that many orders and the only delivery guy you have is on a bike you should not be accepting delivery orders. By the time it got to me the bread was very hard on the outside and soggy in the middle.
