Suzy at store 705 baseline tempe az Gave me the worst experience ever I purchased a fill up box and when I received it I looked in the box and the chicken was RAW and fries was so cold and dry nothing was Hot and as I complained bout my order she begins to get rude and offer a refund like it's OK to be serving Raw Chicken to customers I will never came back to this location until management is Changed kfc u guys wondering why yall struggling in the chicken chains Smh

WORST EXPERIENCE AT THIS KFC, THE EMPLOYEES DONT EVEN SMILE THEY SEEM LIKE THEY DONT LIKE THEIR JOB, FIRST THEY TOOK FOREVER TO TAKE OUR ORDER, THEN THEY TOOK FOREVER TO GIVE US OUR ORDER, WE WERE ON LUNCH BREAK, FINALLY WHEN THEY GAVE US OUR ORDER I ASKED FOR AN EXTRA SAUCE AND THE GIRL THERE TOLD ME THAT IT WAS 35 CENTS MORE FOR EACH. I MENTIONED THAT THEY TOOK FOREVER WITH OUR ORDER THATS THE LEAST THEY CAN DO, THEY GIRL VERY UNPROFESSIONALLY JUST WALKED AWAY WHILE I WAS TALKING TO HER. THEN SOMEONE YELLED AT HER TO GIVE US THE SAUCE, WE THANKED THEM AND MENTIONED TO HER THAT IT WAS RUDE FOR HER TO WALK AWAY WHEN A CUSTOMER IS TALKING TO HER. Never coming back to this KFC!! Barely moved to this area we wanted KFC I order online and went in a hurry to pick it up because my kids were hungry, when I got home I noticed my biscuits and drink were missing I went back and this lady ALICIA was with an attitude just rolling her eye on me because I didn't make sure my order was complete so it was my fault, she ended up having me my thing but she was just rolling eyes and talking to me like if I was stupid!!! Worst person ever to be working with people I can't believe they have people working like her, so rude and disrespectful

The guy with the tattoo on his chest and long hair didn’t even give me my receipt and they forgot my order they cleared it on the screen and forgot to give it to me so the other kid at 4:50 got my order and still forgot my fries tbh I’m done w
Ok first of all you get no breast with a bucket that came to $54.00. I got home to my family and out of 5 large sides I got 1 1/2 sides of Mac n cheese, no mashed potatoes or gravy, and no Cole slaw. I tried calling and was hung up on 3 times. Couldn't even leave a message. And to top it all off, I got no receipt. I think if your in the drive through you will get burnt. The young Latino girl was also very rude.

The worst experience!! Will not visit any KFC again!! Ordered thru KFC app for quick pick up. I was advised once I arrived that they did not have a wrap for me. I asked for a refund and was advised by the manager that he’s not able to give one. his name is Junior he doesn’t seem to have a last name and was unable to provide a phone number or any way for me to deal with this. So disappointed in the KFC franchise and management system in place At the KFC at 705 E. Baseline Rd. I have sent a chat in through the app. We’ll see if anything gets resolved so disappointed. Went down the street to Canes!! Great food, great experience!!

So ordered an 8 piece chicken with 2 sides, mashed potatoes & mac" n" cheese, got home & found they gave me coleslaw instead. So went back to let them know I didnt order coleslaw which clearly showed on my receipt. The guy tells me I need to go back thru the drive thru,at the podium. I had just gone straight to the window cause there were no cars. I told the guy, I'll just go in. So I go in, tell them I need the mac"n" cheese, not coleslaw. He gives me the bag & said nothing. No sorry no nothing, just an attitude. So get out to the car and I ask my son, why is the bag cold? Come to find out, they gave me another coleslaw again! Like really! How hard is this! They then asked my son for the other side, the mashed potatoes, I tell him, its at home! Jeez! We only need the mac"n"cheese! They said they needed the other side, my son told the guy no you don't! After all that, we got the mac"n"cheese. Smh....Not going there again!
