Mmm.I'll go back when they have 'inventory' and see what else they have. They Also had lots of bread available, brownies. Etc.

I have eaten here multiple times. It's not great but it's usually better than it was the last time I was there. First of all they only had three kinds of soup left, not including the one I wanted. I got a turkey bacon avocado salad. There might have been 3" of a bacon strip, but that would be generous. I ordered a mint chocolate brownie. The texture and taste of the mint topping was disappointing, so I decided to scrape off the topping and just eat the brownie. The brownie was stale! I could make audible noise tapping my plastic spoon on the brownie. However, the employee at the register had good customer service skills and was quick and efficient in taking my order. When I complained about the brownie he was concerned and willing to do what he could to make it right. He offered me another brownie and I declined. He offered me to pick whatever else I wanted and I took a fruit tart. The atmosphere was clean and friendly and the fireplace, which we sat next to, was a nice touch on a cool night.

Every time I pick up delivery here it’s never ready !!! No matter how far away I am .. just drove from Gilbert at least 20 mins and I’m still waiting!!!! If you don’t have the staff you shouldn’t even open the doors !!!! Customers have to pay the price for bad management……

I ordered and paid on line. I was given a pick up time of 11:24 am. I arrived at kneadersat 11:23.The girl at the counter said that my order was being made. At 11:34 am I saw an order being put up on the station. There were 7 other people who walked in after me and got their orders before me. After 11:44 am I finally got my order I understand that lunchtime is a bit busy. I had already paid, and why couldn’t the girl just let someone wait a minute just to put my things in a bag and hand them to me? I had but lunch for a coworker and by the time I got back to where I worked, which wasn’t very far away we only had 10 minutes left of lunch. If you order online, I expect that the order would be done when they said it would be done.even if you’re busy put the orders out in the order they come in . It won’t hurt someone to wait just a minute for someone to bag something up especially since it set up there for 10 more minutes after it was put there. I am not happy and I don’t know if I’ll return..

I’m a lot confused by the cold sourdough bread with slightly warm soup in the winter. ? also— where’s the pepper and hot sauce I need for this? ? I think I’ll stick with Panera next time.

I will never go back to this location. 85% of my orders have been wrong…something missing, wrong order, items not removed that were requested. Today my daughter picked up my order and i opened my sandwich and they didn’t put the turkey on it, it was just bread, lettuce tomato and a tiny strip of bacon. I had to go back and get a new sandwich. I had also ordered a piece of pie and after the 2nd trip for my sandwich I took a bite of my pie and it wasn’t the favor I had ordered. I called AGAIN and they refunded the pie and said they’d add reward points to my account. I got the refund but the points have not showed up.This was the last straw. I’ll be going to the Ahwatukee location from now on even though Elliot is closer to me.

I love Kneaders! But this location today was awful. I have a hard enough time getting my husband to come with me to Kneaders, but now I fear he will never come back!First I tried ordering the Turkey cranberry sandwich, nope! I was told they were out of turkey, roast beef, and avocado. At 12:30!!! What?! Ok, we were tempted to leave but we didn't want to go any further out to another cafe type place. So both me and my husband picked something else that didn't have turkey, or roast beef. My husband ordered the southwest salad, just expecting nit to get avocado with it. We got our order, and he was given the thai salad..... got that fixed but funny thing about it, THERE WAS AVOCADO ON THE SALAD! WHAT?! So was there also turkey, and I was just being lied to?! I did hear a manager type tell other customers that they were thrown new seasonal items that day and were not aware of the new seasonal items being released. Bullllllllll. Either the franchise owner or the store manager dropped the ball cause I know for a fact that corporates don't just drop seasonal items and give no notice. Plus, that's not a good enough excuse to have no turkey at 12:30 pm aka the lunch rush.

Came here to have a meeting with some clients. Even though the staff was slammed preparing thanksgiving orders, the place was clean and service was great. I love this place to come and have breakfast while getting some work done.

Delicious food, relaxed atmosphere. We were a large party and felt comfortable taking extra time to visit, even after we had eaten. Staff was very accommodating.

UPDATE: A Kneaders representative did indeed reach out to me and made things right to my satisfaction. The company seems to be concerned about customer service at the corporate level. One can only hope that makes it down to the store associates.-----------------------------------I pre-ordered two pies for Thanksgiving and picked them up 20 minutes ago. There seemed to be some confusion about my order and I sat there for 5 minutes while they tried to figure it out. I got the impression that they didn't have it ready.I got home and took a look, and on both pies the outer crust is broken and half missing. I mean around half the pie the crust is just gone...broken off. There is no crust to be found in the box so that means they deliberately put those damaged pies in the boxes and gave them to me.This place shows no concern for their customers and I recommend going up the street Safeway or Fry's. At least you can see what you're getting and aren't in danger of being swindled.Kneader's stinks! Avoid this place at all costs.

The cashier was very kind and patient waiting for me to make up my mind. The place was devoid of customers. However my "half" sandwich was about 2 inches big and the French bread wasn't toasted. Trying to eat thick, raw doughy bread is very difficult, especially when there are sparse toppings. The soup was great when hot, but once it cools the oil congeals. $13 and I was still hungry after.
