The dip trio.. wasn't that great. The cheese portion was cold, we expected it to be hot. The shredded beef and bean tostada was definitely spicy. The cheese crisp w/green Chile's, the Chile's look like they came out of the can you get from Frys, and was way too many. The Carne asada fries were good! Had the asada on the side as the wife is vegetarian. Could be more toppings in them tho. Asked for a small container for the left over asada, or even a zip lock bag (made the wife and server laugh). Idk his name, poor guy almost had no voice. He took the dip trio off our ticket :) the margaritas flight was nice and tasty!! We got the blackberry, prickly pear, mango, and passion fruit. Highly recommend. Good value on that.

Can't speak on the food because I didn't get a chance to try it. Upon entering with my husband, the hostess said nothing. Made no eye contact. She grabbed two menus and started walking. We followed unsure if she wanted us to. We arrived at a table and she placed the menus in a table , still no eye contact or words, and silently walked away. My husband and I looked at each other wondering why she hadn't spoken. Maybe she was mute? Either way we were turned off and left. The manager saw us walk out and asked what was wrong and I told him that his hostess didn't even acknowledge us. He apologized and said he would talk to her but it was too late. No service from us.

We had previously chosen to dine here before the ASU/UA basketball game. We had 6:00pm reservations and we were seated promptly. Unfortunately from that point, our experience was horrible. Our server never once smiled or conducted herself with any customer service in mind. We were served our drinks and then had to wait quite a while to order. Never once did our server check to see if we needed anything like refills or to let us know the status of our order. By all looks....they were terribly understaffed. It appeared that patrons were seated only to have a long drink and order wait....as witnessed by our side table patrons as well. Unfortunately they had our same server. On the bright side once served the food was great! We all left with the agreement to never come back! Sad that this location with such great proximity to the university events....will drive away any return patrons. There are always moments that a Manager must realize that someone in their employment is not suitable for interaction with customers.

Have not had one good experience besides the pleasant workers at this restaurant. Really recommend supporting the new QC location more. They are having major supply issues that are impacting the overall experience.
