Fun place. They need a better system when there are school events. They gave our food away to someone else, and we waited 45+ minutes to get ours.

Our family of 5 bought All day Passes. We were assigned a bowling lane but the lane had a spill in the bowling seat area. We did not want to get the mess on your lane so we requested a different one. It took a bunch of back and forth to get us settled. Granted they had a few buses of kids but they should have been prepared anything. Being told to wait at a table for some food and waiting another half hour was VERY disappointing!!!! Last but not least my grand daughter needed a diaper change and you don’t have a changing table in the bathroom ????
This place sucks! Saturday night, can't get pizza. "The bar is really slammed" so cant get a beer. Lol how is place still in business? Update. The manager hooked us up but still

This review is solely based on my experience today with MJ. MJ was absolutely phenomenal! I came today to celebrate my son’s birthday. I needed help deciding on what activities we should do and she helped so much and made excellent suggestions. She made sure my son’s birthday turned out great. I’m so happy and very satisfied with her excellent customer service. Thank you so much MJ for helping to make my son’s birthday special.

Great Food and Laser Tag was Fun

My family really enjoys this Main event! The games are broken a lot, but they always compensate for it by giving us more than fair credits back for what we have lost so I can't justify docking them any stars for it. They have these gravity ropes that are so much fun, bowling, laser tag, billiards, great food, a pizza parlor, tons of VR games and a huge selction of games and prizes.
