Isabella was as magnificent as the food! Used to live across street from restaurant in 1981 & food is still as wonderful. Was worth the drive from Minneapolis. Don’t change!!!

My group was able to get together after a long hiatus, and the staff at Manuel's were gracious enough not to hurry us and let us visit and basically close the place down! Thank you for great service and flavorful food! Everything tasted wonderful and we all left with big smiles on our faces and full bellies!

I ordered chicken tacos with rice and beans.Tacos hard shell (possibly house made) cold shredded cheese ( had to scrape it off), cold chicken with no taste. I had to put the chip salsa on to make one edible. Couldn’t eat the rest. Rice and beans were ok but my guests didn’t care for either.Enchiladas don’t have mole’ sauce just red or green sauce. Thumbs down….Sangria was good..Had a 5 star review expectation and had a 2.5 star meal. Manager reduced my bill (server should have mentioned it before I called him over).

The fish tacos & enchiladas were both inedible. Tacos had mushy fish/tomatoes & tasted off. Enchiladas tasted like canned meat wrapped in a tortilla & cheap sauce.
