Placed an app order today at 8pm. The app notified me it was ready, but the door was locked. 5 or 6 employees in there ignoring several customers outside as we were wondering what was going on. No note on door, no nothing. They wouldn't even look at us. I have never experienced such embarrassing service. Management needs to look into this.

Bunch of kids in the back being loud and cussing. Bathrooms are discussing and dilapidated. Store is messy, spilt soda everywhere. Don't come here!!

This place has really gone downhill, they used to have amazing employees, not sure what happened but lately there have been mistakes on a few of my orders. About a week ago my son was missing a chicken nugget and I noticed. I circled back around to the drive thru. The young guy at the 2nd window basically laughed about my complaint, I told him it’s the principal of the matter and I left feeling extremely disappointed. And fast food workers think they deserve $20 an hour is comical

Seemed like nobody had cleaned tables in the play area for a while, but food was good and fast. The kids liked climbing in the play area.

If I can give no stars I most definitely would , the so called manger “Sandra” was most definitely rude and should not even be a manger there you don’t welcome customers in with a rude tone if you don’t like to take orders you shouldn’t be in the front most definitely cooperate will be hearing about you and how rude you are to customers

Placed order with the App was informed there was a problem try again. I declined. Later noticed I was charged and brought it to their attention and nothing was done. Lost a customer forever over $15.00 Good Job

#18544 the manager name is Maria. I know a few store owners and the service I received today from establishment is ridiculous and beyond disrespectful of how they carry them selves and staff ! No respect for customers or willing to fix and help a customer. I ADVISE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION !

Got there at 10:30 and they wouldn't serve breakfast. Only thing there worth eating and they don't even do it at the hours they're supposed to.
