I had many amazing experiences with all of the staff members throughout the hotel during our stay for conference. The front desk staff, the bar staff, the conference room staff.... everyone was super friendly and nice. The guys outside helping with cars, the shuttle and such were probably the most helpful. We talked to all different shifts and met them all and they were just so nice. Today I checked out and forgot my blanket somewhere. We knew it was in hotel but the shuttle was leaving. Otto ran up to look for it but we had to leave to go to airport. I swear I literally got off the shuttle and was looking for my passport and turned around and there he was with my blanket!! Who is so kind!? Thank you to the whole staff for being so kind but Otto....that was a Minky and was over $200!! Wasn't just any blanket and Ohio is not close to Arizona! Thank you so so so much!!!

Let’s just start by saying I had a party of 10 people.And we showed up 10 minutes before they closedAfter a very short, honest conversation, the woman from Mississippi and the other woman from the uppers graciously sat down for the full course breakfastIt was unanimous, across-the-board, all 10 people voted 9 1/2 on the delicious waffles, the fresh custom made omelettes scored 10 The gal that took care of us at our table. I wish I remembered her name, but she was just kind and helping with whatever we needed and we did not feel rushed.So high all the way around and a shout out to Mike and Ron who gave us a short education on this Hyatt being ranked number 18 in the world and they were correct so I’ll bump it to 17 in the worldThank you for taking care of my family and friends, who all competed in the rock ‘n’ roll half marathon today You made our stay in Tempe Arizona complete.Dietary restrictions: The selection of possibilities at the breakfast brunch was almost endless so if you want to be picky, you can certainly do that here, pick and choose what you would like to eat. It’s all delicious.Parking: The hotel graciously offered us an extra parking pass for our extended family, thank youKid-friendliness: Yes, very kid friendly my two grandkids who are a bit busy were not looked down upon and actually were entertained by the wonderful staff here.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space for mobility and accommodations for wheelchairs.

Stayed at the hotel and came down for breakfast. Reasonable price with great options. Wasn't busy at all. Friendly waitress. We loved it and would do it again if we stayed here again.

Here for a conference at TMP, I wanted a house burger and boy this place was on point! Of course, I had to bring my Serrano pepper from home, which is my touch. Love the service, very friendly.

Excellent vegan tostada to go! The waitress also went above and beyond by making sure they would not get shuffled around by presenting them secured in a strong container. Excellent job on the food and the presentation!

Recently stayed here for a a work conference and was very happy with my experience here. Great atmosphere, quiet rooms, enjoyable buffet meals, loved that there were fireplaces outside to sit in front of. Super convenient location where you could eat offsite if you wanted to very nice that you could easily walk to Hayden Butte Preserve and take a quick easy hike to enjoy the views. I would definitely go back and if you’re in the area of Tempe Arizona, I highly recommend this location.
Great burger and excellent service. Great escape from the heat if you are nearby. All of our party enjoyed their dishes.

wonderful staff, very willing and helpful. Nick at the poolside bar went out of his way to make the service top notch. Otto also went out of his way to make sure our bags were taken care of and made us feel like we were taken care of every step of the way. the shuttle to the airport was prompt and ran every half hour. The breakfast buffet was great and there were so many options! The hotel itself is planted in the heart of tempe within walking distance of almost anything you could need. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit the area.

Great location with an easy walk to Sun Devil Stadium, ASU campus, Tempe Town Beach, Letter ‘A’ Mountain hike, all the shops and restaurants on Mill Avenue, staff is very nice, beautiful grounds with landscaping and fountains, a really nice property.

First visit for my son & I for college tour. Facility is beautiful! Staff are so gracious & friendly & salt water pool was wonderful. Definitely making this my spot for parent weekends! 5⭐️

The staff here is absolutely one of a kind. They are so friendly and attentive. I'm visiting my friend here in Arizona and we decided to have a mini vacation. Drinks were had, and breakfast was much needed the morning after. Mission Grille did not disappoint. The food was delicious and they even let us order a Bloody Mary to help with the hangovers. I can't say enough how kind the staff was. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in town.
