The service at the front counter was impeccable. The person who took our order made sure that everything was correct. The person who rung up our order took his time to make sure that we got exactly the right things, and even recommended one of their excellent deserts. The food itself was perfectly cooked. The restaurant itself was open concept, and allowed for big groups to easily sit down. 10/10 Dining Experience.

Came in when it was slightly raining outside and was greeted kindly. I appreciate that I came in when it was empty because it’s hard when you have a stroller and you’re not in anyone’s way. Wow, I was going to try this place for the first time today, but based on recent reviews, no thank you! Sounds like one staff member in particular is making this restaurant look bad. Especially...wiped her nose on her wrist - What! Was this employee required to take a food service class, or not?!

This location used to be on our "go to" location for great pizza and salads with fast friendly service. I'm not sure what is going on recently, but I strongly suggest the GM spend some time here to see if they can return to a well run restaurant. A week ago we dropped in on a Sunday evening. There were four couples ahead of us in line. Even though there was a full crew on staff, there was only one person making the pizzas. There was a young woman next to him who must have been charged with making the online orders. She moved with the speed of the sloths at the DMV office in Zootopia. She could have clearly helped her teammate out with the in store orders but she made no eye contact and found other things to do rather than help out. I saw two couples get out of line and leave in frustration with the slow and inattentive service. We also left and decided to eat elsewhere. We stopped by again today and unfortunately got equally poor service. This time, the girl who made our order was rude and abrupt which is really unusual in our past experience. She clearly seemed to be upset with having to deal with a customers order. Maybe she was having a bad day. The salads were swimming in dressing and the pizzas poorly prepared. I really am pleading that management review this location. We have eaten at Mod all over the southwest and even in its original locations in Seattle. It is a great concept and we are used to getting great service and food. This location is clearly struggling.

We have frequented this particular MOD many times. The food is always good- which keeps us coming back. I love that they have so many options and toppings. Makes it easy for each family member to get what they want.

Great individual pizza. I love building my own. Cooked great. Service was fast and pleasant staff. I went early, and it was not crowded, plenty of seating.

My coworker ordered, and when we pick our pizza. There seemed to a mixed up with pizzas. I thought ours was checked but when we got back to work. Both were wrong. We had to go back to get our correct order. And the little girl helping us looked through each pizza like we did something to them but they were both wrong. Then she got Nasty with my co-worker about how the pizza she got was close enough. I ended up getting a pizza that someone else left with and brought back. The coworkers did not even offwe to make me a new on. We will never be going there again!

My salad and pizza were great, and made exactly as I ordered. More importantly though, the service was the best. I wish I had looked at his name tag, but a young man with longer-ish dark hair helped me tonight. In addition to making a perfect salad and pizza, he made sure I got to my car safely after a suspicious interaction with a male who walked into the restaurant behind me. Thank you!!!

I' waited over 10 minutes with 4 people in front of me to order,not to be rude be the staff is incompetent and show NO sign of urgency what so ever, it's honestly quite disrespectful, people are spending their hard earned money here and get a limited amount of time to enjoy there lunch and these people seem to completely disregard that I'm taking my time and hard earned money and spending it here so that they can earn a living. It's 20 minutes before lunch rush and there is absolutely no motivation behind the counter what so ever, 3 employees working which I know how busy these mod pizzas get and they're understaffed to say the least, I cannot emphasize how slow these people are working I've never in my life seen employees move so slowly, I'll have to let me coworkers know that isn't the spot for good quick service for lunch. Food is as expected

This pizza is good and it is nice that everyone can customize what they want on their pizza but 4 pizzas costing $52 is crazy when I can get a large pizza wings and a two liter and have some money left over! And the service is not that great no one smiles or seems to be happy! I asked for parmesan cheese packets and the lady gave me 3 and when I asked for more she seemed bothered by it I bought 4 pizzas can I at least get 4 packets! Just in general not impressed with mod pizza at all don’t see us going back anytime soon they don’t seem to want the business anyway.Kid-friendliness: Kids pizzas are very small and didn’t fill up my kids at all I would recommend getting the 10” mod pizza if your kid have a bigger appetite and if they don’t finish they have something to eat later kind of a win win.
