There’s a 3.9 star rating, which is ridiculous, and unfair. I say this partly because this place has made some changes, and the staff they have now is EXCEPTIONAL! I went three separate times just to see if there would be a consistency, and EVERY SINGLE TIME that I went and placed an order it was the BEST juice bar experience ever. 2.5 stars, I would train a little bit more on making the health nut smoothies, had a very watery build with whey protein clumps at the bottom of the drink, no karen energy, just want a solid smoothie

Our family often go to Nekter and spend alot on the bowls and ice cream. The service is as best of what the employees can do. Meaning, the Tempe location is very busy and there is a long line which means a long wait. For the amount of people working, it isn't enough to have 2 people serve that many customers.
