Live nearby and was at the gym, so placed an order pickup for 10:30AM an hour ahead. Arrive there around 10:40AM and got bowls 20 minutes after scheduled time. Once the bowls were ready, we received them with toppings dripping off and no lids. The lady walked away and left us to figure out how to put lids on overflowing bowls. Half of the toppings fell off of one and it was a mess for 13-14 dollar bowls.

I was really craving a smoothie and it was pretty good, not amazing but what you'd expect for such a high price. It had to be relatively decent for the price you're paying, you know? It looked like people were studying and they had some comfy-ish looking chairs to sit in. Really close to campus, so that's definitely a plus.

They messed my order up 3 times I stayed no coconut due to allergies and they still added them the second time they forgot to substitute the blueberries for the coconut

I've been to so many nekter locations and this was by far the slowest. Multiple patrons were complaining about the wait time for their orders. One of the female workers even asked a complaining customer, "did you tell us you were in a rush when you ordered???". It was really off putting. Probably won't come back to this location!

Looking for light refreshment and found Nekter. Smoothies, juices and acai bowls. Noone else there so wondered if any good, but found it to be fine. A little expensive compared to other similar places, but quality is good.

I love this brand but the service at this location was too slow. I got my bowl and it was slightly melted and the agave on top was different from the other location I love. Overall food decent but service needs another employee or additional training to speed up the process to make sure bowls come out as advertised
My Açaí bowl was melted when they finally served it to me after waiting 15 minutes being the only person in there. If I wanted to drink my Açaí bowl, I would've ordered a smoothie. The blueberries were not fresh and the whole thing lacked flavor. I heard good reviews about this place, but I will definitely not be coming back.

Egregious at best. The smoothies were absolutely disgusting and far from what we have known Nektar to provide it's customers. The store hasn't answered the phone nor returned messages left on voice-mail for hours. Never again. I just want a refund.
